Our Journey
We will practice Yoga, meditation, chanting and pranayama – all things yoga.
AND also journey through the foothills to waterfalls and lakes and visit ancient temples and historical sites within the region. All of these sacred sites are full of past and present yogic energy. 6 sites in total:

- Namgyal Monastery
- Bhagsu Waterfall
- Naddi, Dal Lake & Triund Meadows
- Kangra Fort
Accomodation
We will stay at a beautiful yoga house surrounded by stunning views.
Meals will be vegetarian and prepared using local produce.

Facilitators
Ritu has a special connection with the Himalayas and ancient Indian teachings. As lead guide & teacher, she will be available to assist your yoga and meditation practice, answer your questions and ensure you are comfortable and enjoying your retreat experience.
Sanjay has been leading retreats since 2006. He has travelled to Nepal many times for personal practice, and spent approximately 8 months in retreat and study at Kopan Monastery. His knowledge and experience in Mahayana Buddhist teachings and the physical yoga practices makes him a unique spiritual guide.
