You also have the option to attach a photo, video or file for our support team to view.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\">Using the drop-down options below the \u2018details\u2019 field, you are able to categorise and prioritise your ticket. \u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Once all fields have been completed you can then go ahead and select \u2018<strong>create ticket\u2019<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Useful info:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Once our support team have replied to your ticket, you will receive an email to notify you.<\/li>\n<li>If you feel your ticket has been resolved, you do have the option to close the ticket yourself and you can always re-open it at a later date if needs be.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>How to submit a support ticket: \u00a0The term &#8216;support ticket&#8217; describes the\u00a0interaction between a member and our support team.
