No special role or approval is needed; if you can sign in, you can post a role and build your employer profile alongside it.<\/div>\n<h2>Quick answer<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Your employer profile on Utsav Works is the Company Details block inside the Post a Job form &mdash; there is no separate company page to set up first. Go to your Hiring Dashboard, click Post a Job, choose a listing package, then scroll down the Listing Details form to Company Details and fill in your company name, website, tagline, video, X handle and logo. If a sign-in box appears where the form should be, you are not signed in yet.<\/li>\n<li>Open your Hiring Dashboard from the profile menu, then click <strong>Post a Job<\/strong>. You can also go straight there: <strong>https:\/\/mymahotsav.com\/utsav-volunteers\/post-a-job\/<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Employer profile setup happens inside a job listing, so have a real role in mind before you start. Your company details are saved with the listing you are writing.<\/li>\n<li>Have your company details to hand: company name, website address, a one-line tagline, an optional introduction video link, your X handle, and a logo image on the device you are using.<\/li>\n<li>The form asks you to pick a listing package before it shows you any fields. The page opens on <strong>Choose a package<\/strong>, which is the first of two stages. It confirms which account you are signed in as, then asks for the role itself.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Enter the <strong>Job Title<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Add a <strong>Location<\/strong>, or leave it blank if the location does not matter. Tick <strong>Remote Position<\/strong> if the role is remote.<\/li>\n<li>Pick a <strong>Job type<\/strong>, such as Full Time.<\/li>\n<li>Add up to three comma-separated <strong>Job tags<\/strong>, ringed in the picture. Three is a hard limit &mdash; a fourth tag stops the form later.<\/li>\n<li>Open <strong>Job category<\/strong> and choose one.
