Graphs adds an Earnings chart with a date-range picker, so you can see your trend over time rather than a lifetime total. Reading left to right, top to bottom:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Unpaid referrals<\/strong> &mdash; approved referrals you have not been paid for yet.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Paid referrals<\/strong> &mdash; referrals already included in a payout.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Visits<\/strong> &mdash; the clicks recorded on your referral links.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Conversion rate<\/strong> &mdash; the share of those visits that turned into a referral.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Unpaid earnings<\/strong> and <strong>Paid earnings<\/strong> &mdash; your commission in pounds, split the same way.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Commission rate<\/strong> &mdash; the rate your referrals earn at.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Available store credit<\/strong> &mdash; any earnings you hold as credit to spend on the site.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lifetime customers<\/strong> &mdash; the customers permanently linked to you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Scroll a little further and you will find the <strong>Campaigns<\/strong> table, with columns for Campaign, Visits, Unique Links, Converted and Conversion Rate. It stays empty until you add a campaign name to a referral link on the <strong>Affiliate URLs<\/strong> tab, so a blank table simply means you have not tagged your links by campaign yet.<\/p>\n<h2>Step 3 &mdash; Switch to Graphs for the trend over time<\/h2>\n<p>Statistics answers &ldquo;how much in total?&rdquo;. For &ldquo;how am I doing lately?&rdquo;, select <strong>Graphs<\/strong> in the left-hand menu, immediately below Statistics. It starts on <strong>Today<\/strong>, which is why a new affiliate often sees a flat line.<\/li>\n<li>Pick a wider period from the list &mdash; there are ten choices, covering this and last month, this and last quarter, this and last year, and a custom range.<\/li>\n<li>Select the orange <strong>Filter<\/strong> button beside the dropdown. Each is plotted in its own colour across the period you picked, so you can see money moving from pending to unpaid to paid as your referrals are checked and settled. Lines sitting flat on zero mean nothing was recorded in that period &mdash; not that your figures have been lost. The date range only applies to Graphs &mdash; the nine figure cards are always all-time and cannot be narrowed to a period.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Visits are clicks on your own referral link.<\/strong> Someone who types the site address directly, or reaches it from an ordinary search result, is not counted. Share the link from the <strong>Affiliate URLs<\/strong> tab so your clicks are recorded.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Give the figures time.<\/strong> Referral numbers move as referrals are approved and paid, not at the instant somebody clicks. A sale made this morning may not appear as an approved referral until later.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Check Visits and Referrals for the detail.<\/strong> Statistics gives you the totals; the <strong>Visits<\/strong>, <strong>Referrals<\/strong> and <strong>Payouts<\/strong> tabs list the individual rows behind them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"background:#eef8f0;border-left:4px solid #2e9e5b;border-radius:8px;padding:14px 18px;margin:22px 0;line-height:1.6;\">&#127919; <strong>Best practice<\/strong><br \/>Name a campaign when you build a referral link on the <strong>Affiliate URLs<\/strong> tab &mdash; for instance one name for your newsletter and another for your social posts. The Campaigns table on Statistics then splits visits, conversions and conversion rate by campaign, which tells you which channel is actually working instead of one combined number.<\/div>\n<div style=\"background:#fff6f1;border-left:4px solid #e0592b;border-radius:8px;padding:14px 18px;margin:22px 0;line-height:1.6;\">&#128161; <strong>Tip<\/strong><br \/>Comparing month to month is easier if you check on the same day each month: open Graphs, choose <strong>Last month<\/strong>, select <strong>Filter<\/strong>, and note the figure. There is no saved report or scheduled email, so a quick monthly habit is the reliable way to track your progress.<\/div>\n<h2>Troubleshooting<\/h2>\n<h3>An affiliate sign-up form appears instead of my stats<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Cause:<\/strong> the account you are signed in with is not an approved affiliate. The dashboard shows the registration form to anyone who has not joined the programme or whose application is still pending. <strong>Fix:<\/strong> check the account menu at the top right to confirm you are signed in as the member who applied. If your application is still awaiting approval, wait for the confirmation before trying again. <strong>Escalate if:<\/strong> you have been told your affiliate account is approved and the sign-up form still appears.<\/p>\n<h3>A sign-in box appears instead of the dashboard<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Cause:<\/strong> you are signed out, or your session has expired. <strong>Fix:<\/strong> sign in, then open the Statistics link again &mdash; the direct link works normally once you are signed in. <strong>Escalate if:<\/strong> you are signed out again every time you open the affiliate dashboard.<\/p>\n<h3>The Graphs chart is flat or looks empty<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Cause:<\/strong> the range defaults to <strong>Today<\/strong>, so the chart only covers the last few hours. <strong>Fix:<\/strong> choose a wider period from the dropdown and select <strong>Filter<\/strong>. <strong>Escalate if:<\/strong> a wide range still draws nothing while Statistics shows unpaid or paid earnings above zero.<\/p>\n<h3>Visits shows 0 although I have shared my link<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Cause:<\/strong> only arrivals through your own referral link are counted, and repeated visits from your own browser are not a reliable test. <strong>Fix:<\/strong> copy the link fresh from the <strong>Affiliate URLs<\/strong> tab, share that exact address, and check the <strong>Visits<\/strong> tab for the individual rows. <strong>Escalate if:<\/strong> the Visits tab lists visits but the Statistics card stays on 0.<\/p>\n<h2>FAQ<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Q: Where do I see my performance report?<\/strong><br \/>A: In your affiliate dashboard, select <strong>Statistics<\/strong> in the left-hand menu, or go straight to <a href=\"https:\/\/mymahotsav.com\/utsav-affiliates\/affiliate-dashboard\/stats\/\">mymahotsav.com\/utsav-affiliates\/affiliate-dashboard\/stats\/<\/a>. The programme-wide reporting the team uses covers every affiliate and is much broader, and you cannot see another affiliate&rsquo;s figures from your dashboard.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Q: How quickly do the numbers update?<\/strong><br \/>A: Visits are recorded as clicks arrive, but referral and earnings figures change as referrals are approved and then paid. Expect a delay between a sale and an approved referral appearing in your totals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Q: Why are my unpaid earnings not moving into paid earnings?<\/strong><br \/>A: Earnings only move to <strong>Paid earnings<\/strong> once a payout has been issued for them.
