Everything here happens on your own dashboard &mdash; you do not need any special access, and you can only see and change the assets you submitted yourself.<\/div>\n<h2>Quick answer<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Open your Contributor Dashboard and choose Listings in the account rail (direct link: https:\/\/mymahotsav.com\/utsav-elements\/my-account\/listings\/). Listings are personal: you see your own work and nobody else&rsquo;s.<\/li>\n<li>The way in is the profile dropdown at the top right of MyMahotsav: <strong>Art &amp; Digital Selling<\/strong> &rsaquo; <strong>Contributor Dashboard<\/strong>. Then choose <strong>Listings<\/strong> in the rail down the left of the dashboard. The direct link is https:\/\/mymahotsav.com\/utsav-elements\/my-account\/listings\/<\/li>\n<li>If a sign-in box appears instead of your listings, you are not signed in. Sign in and open the link again.<\/li>\n<li>You need at least one submitted asset for there to be anything to manage. If you have not submitted anything yet, the screen shows <strong>No listings were found<\/strong>, which is the normal empty state and not a fault.<\/li>\n<li>Have a moment spare before you start editing. Changes are saved from a panel that opens over the page, so it is better not to be interrupted halfway through.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"background:#f4f6f8;border-left:4px solid #9aa4b2;border-radius:8px;padding:14px 18px;margin:22px 0;line-height:1.6;\">&#8505;&#65039; <strong>Note<\/strong><br \/>You may see a purple bar across the top of every Utsav Elements page reading &ldquo;This is a demo store for testing purposes &mdash; no orders shall be fulfilled.&rdquo; It appears in all the pictures below. It is a site-wide notice about ordering, not a problem with your listings, and <strong>Dismiss<\/strong> at the end of it hides it for the rest of your visit.<\/div>\n<h2>Step 1 &mdash; Open your Contributor Dashboard<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Sign in to MyMahotsav.<\/li>\n<li>Open the profile dropdown at the top right and choose <strong>Art &amp; Digital Selling<\/strong>, then <strong>Contributor Dashboard<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Your dashboard opens. Down the left is a narrow rail of icons &mdash; on a wide screen it stays collapsed, so you see the icons without their labels. Hover over one to read its name.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If you would rather skip the menu, the listings link above goes straight there. The <strong>Utsav Elements&trade;<\/strong> entry in the same menu opens the marketplace in a new browser tab, so check your other tabs if a page seems to have gone missing.<\/p>\n<h2>Step 2 &mdash; Open Listings, and narrow the list if you need to<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Choose <strong>Listings<\/strong> in the rail. The heading reads <strong>Listings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Above your assets sit two dropdowns, <strong>All listing types<\/strong> and <strong>All listing status<\/strong>. The status list holds <strong>Active<\/strong>, <strong>Draft<\/strong>, <strong>Pending Approval<\/strong>, <strong>Pending Payment<\/strong>, <strong>Pending<\/strong>, <strong>Expired<\/strong> and <strong>Cancelled<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Leave both on &ldquo;All&rdquo; to see everything. If you have a lot of assets the cards run over more than one page, so filter by status rather than scrolling when you are hunting for one particular item.<\/p>\n<h2>Step 3 &mdash; Pick the listing you want to change<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Find the card for the asset you want. The title and thumbnail are the quickest way to recognise it.<\/li>\n<li>Look at the small row of controls at the foot of the card. Ring <strong>2<\/strong> is the <strong>Filter<\/strong> button carried over from the previous picture, not a second step. Notice that the two cards waiting on approval show only a pencil and a bin, while the three live ones also show a cross.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The controls you get depend on the state the listing is in. The cross only appears once an asset is live, which is why the <strong>Pending Approval<\/strong> cards in the picture have two controls and the <strong>Active<\/strong> ones have three. Some kinds of listing also offer a <strong>Promote<\/strong> button, and one that is already being promoted shows <strong>Promoted<\/strong> instead; none of the five assets here offered it, so treat it as something you may or may not see on your own cards.<\/p>\n<h2>Step 4 &mdash; Change the details in the Edit panel<\/h2>\n<p>The pencil opens a panel over the page rather than taking you to a new address. It is headed <strong>Edit<\/strong>, with <strong>Close<\/strong> at the top right and the name of the listing repeated underneath so you can be sure you have the right one.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Work down the <strong>General<\/strong> section. <strong>Title<\/strong>, <strong>Tagline<\/strong> and <strong>Description<\/strong> arrive already filled in with what you submitted &mdash; edit the wording in place.<\/li>\n<li>Under <strong>Category<\/strong>, tick or untick the boxes that describe the asset. In the picture only <strong>3D<\/strong> is ticked, with <strong>AI Art<\/strong>, <strong>Artwork<\/strong>, <strong>Editorial<\/strong>, <strong>Free<\/strong>, <strong>Mockup<\/strong>, <strong>Premium<\/strong>, <strong>Templates<\/strong> and <strong>Videos<\/strong> available beside it.<\/li>\n<li>Below that is <strong>Gallery<\/strong>, with a <strong>Click to Upload or Drag Files Here<\/strong> area for the pictures buyers see.<\/li>\n<li>Keep scrolling to the foot of the panel and use the button that submits the form. Always leave it with <strong>Close<\/strong>, and reopen it from the pencil on the card if you need a second pass.<\/div>\n<h2>Step 5 &mdash; Take a live listing off sale, or put it back<\/h2>\n<p>The cross on a live card is a switch, not a delete. Use it when you want an asset out of the marketplace for a while without losing it.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Select the cross on the card.<\/li>\n<li>Confirm when you are asked &mdash; the message reads <strong>Are you sure do you want to pending the status?<\/strong> (the wording on screen is a little clumsy; it is asking whether to stop showing the asset).<\/li>\n<li>The card&rsquo;s status badge changes and the asset stops appearing to buyers.<\/li>\n<li>To put it back, use the same control again and confirm <strong>Are you sure do you want to publish this item?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Bringing your own asset back this way does not send it round the review queue again, so a listing you paused for a fortnight can go live again in a couple of clicks. This step was not filmed, so there is no picture of it.<\/p>\n<h2>Step 6 &mdash; Delete a listing for good<\/h2>\n<div style=\"background:#f4f6f8;border-left:4px solid #9aa4b2;border-radius:8px;padding:14px 18px;margin:22px 0;line-height:1.6;\">&#8505;&#65039; <strong>Note<\/strong><br \/>Read this before you use the bin. The Listings screen has no undo and no restore control &mdash; a deleted listing is gone from your dashboard, and anything you want to keep (the description you wrote, the original files) needs to be safe somewhere else first. If you only want the asset off the marketplace for now, use the cross in Step 5 instead.<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li>Select the bin on the card.<\/li>\n<li>Confirm the message <strong>Are you sure you want to delete this item?<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The card disappears from your Listings screen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Deleting a listing removes what you were offering. It does not reach back into anything a buyer already downloaded and licensed, so do not treat it as a way of withdrawing a licence you have already granted. It is not a sign that your listing has vanished.<\/p>\n<h2>Tips and best practices<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Use the status dropdown as your to-do list. Filtering on <strong>Pending Approval<\/strong> shows exactly what the team still has to look at; <strong>Active<\/strong> shows what buyers can find today.<\/li>\n<li>Fix the wording rather than starting again. Editing the title, tagline, description or categories of an existing listing keeps its views and its history &mdash; deleting and resubmitting loses both.<\/li>\n<li>Check the public page after an edit. Open the asset as a buyer would and read it back; it is the quickest way to catch a truncated description or a category you unticked by mistake.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Today views<\/strong> on each card is a daily figure, so a quiet day is not a problem to solve. Watch it across a week before you rewrite anything.<\/li>\n<li>Keep your own copy of every file you submit. If an asset is wrong, off-brand or simply resting, take it off sale with the cross and leave it on your dashboard. You keep the listing, its views and the option of putting it back &mdash; and you avoid the one action on this screen that cannot be undone.<\/div>\n<h2>Troubleshooting<\/h2>\n<h3>My Listings screen says &ldquo;No listings were found&rdquo;<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Cause:<\/strong> either the filter is hiding your cards, or you are signed in with a different MyMahotsav account from the one that submitted the assets, or nothing has been submitted under this account yet. The screen only ever shows your own work.<br \/><strong>Fix:<\/strong> set both dropdowns back to <strong>All listing types<\/strong> and <strong>All listing status<\/strong> and select <strong>Filter<\/strong>. If it is still empty, check which account you are signed in as, then confirm you have submitted an asset.<br \/><strong>Escalate if:<\/strong> you can see the asset on its public page but it never appears on your Listings screen &mdash; that mismatch needs Help &amp; Support, and the contact form at https:\/\/mymahotsav.com\/utsav-elements\/how-it-works\/ is the quickest route. Quote the asset title.<\/p>\n<h3>The Edit panel opens but stays empty<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Cause:<\/strong> the panel appears first and fetches the listing&rsquo;s details a moment later. A slow or dropped connection leaves you looking at the empty frame.<br \/><strong>Fix:<\/strong> select <strong>Close<\/strong>, reload the Listings page, and open the pencil again. Do not type into a half-loaded form &mdash; your words can be overwritten when the real values arrive.<br \/><strong>Escalate if:<\/strong> the panel stays empty on a good connection after two or three attempts, or it loads someone else&rsquo;s listing.<\/p>\n<h3>One of my cards has no cross on it<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Cause:<\/strong> the pause control belongs to listings that are currently live. A card sitting at <strong>Pending Approval<\/strong>, <strong>Draft<\/strong> or <strong>Expired<\/strong> shows only the pencil and the bin, because there is nothing published to take down.<br \/><strong>Fix:<\/strong> read the badge on the card. If it is waiting on approval it is not visible to buyers anyway, so there is nothing to pause; edit it or delete it instead.<br \/><strong>Escalate if:<\/strong> a card reads <strong>Active<\/strong>, appears on the public site, and still offers no cross.<\/p>\n<h3>My change is saved but the public page looks the same<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Cause:<\/strong> you are most likely looking at a cached copy of the page, or the listing has gone back for a look from the team after the edit.<br \/><strong>Fix:<\/strong> reload the public page fully, or open it in a private window. Then check the badge on your card: if it reads <strong>Pending Approval<\/strong>, the asset is with the team and your wording appears when it is published again. Please do not resubmit it as a new asset &mdash; that leaves two listings to sort out.<br \/><strong>Escalate if:<\/strong> nothing has moved after a couple of days, or the public page shows details you never typed.<\/p>\n<h2>FAQ<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Q: Can I edit a listing that is already live?<\/strong><br \/>A: Yes. Open <strong>Listings<\/strong>, select the pencil on that card, change the <strong>Title<\/strong>, <strong>Tagline<\/strong>, <strong>Description<\/strong>, <strong>Category<\/strong> ticks or <strong>Gallery<\/strong>, and save at the foot of the panel. New submissions are looked at by the team before they go live, and if an edit puts a listing back to <strong>Pending Approval<\/strong> you will see that on the card. Canonical facts: the screen lists only the signed-in member&#8217;s own submitted assets, one card each, and shows &#8220;No listings were found&#8221; when there are none; a filter form above the cards holds two dropdowns, All listing types and All listing status (Active, Draft, Pending Approval, Pending Payment, Pending, Expired, Cancelled), applied by the Filter button; each card shows thumbnail, title, status badge and a table of Type, Created, Expires, Rated and Today views, with a dash where there is no value; per-card controls are a pencil (edit), a cross (take a live listing off sale) and a bin (delete), plus a conditional Promote button on listing types that allow promotion, showing Promoted when already promoted; the cross appears only on listings that are currently live, so Pending Approval cards show just pencil and bin; the pencil opens an Edit panel over the page with no web address of its own, headed Edit with Close, containing a General section with Title, Tagline and Description pre-filled, Category tick boxes (3D, AI Art, Artwork, Editorial, Free, Mockup, Premium, Templates, Videos) and a Gallery area reading Click to Upload or Drag Files Here, saved by the button at the foot of the panel; the status confirmations read &#8220;Are you sure do you want to pending the status?&#8221; and &#8220;Are you sure do you want to publish this item?&#8221;, and re-publishing your own paused listing does not go through the review queue again; delete confirms &#8220;Are you sure you want to delete this item?&#8221; and there is no undo or restore control on this screen; new submissions are reviewed by the team and no turnaround time is published; neighbouring rail screens are Entries (submission records) and Assets (the member&#8217;s own download history as a buyer), neither of which edits a listing; a purple site notice about the store being a demo may appear on every page and can be dismissed.
