That shared sign-in is the real connection. Everything else is more separate than it looks: Utsav Elements has its own catalogue search, its own message threads and its own contributor balance, and nothing you buy, download or sell there adds to or spends your Utsav Points.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Before you begin<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>You need to be signed in to MyMahotsav. If a sign-in box appears where you expected a dashboard, you are not signed in yet.<\/li>\n<li>Open Utsav Elements from the <strong>profile dropdown<\/strong> on the main site: select your avatar, open <strong>Art &amp; Digital Selling<\/strong>, then <strong>Utsav Elements&trade;<\/strong>. It sits inside MyMahotsav rather than beside it, and it is reached from your own profile menu rather than from the main navigation bar. But &ldquo;inside MyMahotsav&rdquo; does not mean everything is pooled.<\/p>\n<p>The honest shape is this: <strong>your identity is shared, and your content is not.<\/strong> One account signs you in to both. The things built around your account on the main site &mdash; your points balance, your inbox, your profile, the sitewide search &mdash; mostly stay on the main site and do not reach into the marketplace. The rest of this article takes the four questions members ask most and answers each one plainly.<\/p>\n<h2>Do I need a separate account for Utsav Elements?<\/h2>\n<p>No. There is only ever one MyMahotsav account, and Utsav Elements uses it. You will not find a registration form on Utsav Elements at all &mdash; if you select <strong>Create account<\/strong> from its sign-in box, it sends you to the main MyMahotsav registration page at <strong>https:\/\/mymahotsav.com\/register\/<\/strong>, which is the same form every other part of MyMahotsav uses.<\/p>\n<p>Signing in, on the other hand, happens right where you are: the <strong>Sign in<\/strong> control in the Utsav Elements header opens a sign-in box without taking you anywhere. A few things follow from all this:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Your email address, password and display name are the same ones you already use. Change your password once and it changes everywhere.<\/li>\n<li>There is <strong>no sign-in with Google or Facebook<\/strong> on Utsav Elements. If you are looking for that button, it does not exist here.<\/li>\n<li>Buying and selling use the <strong>same<\/strong> account &mdash; there is no separate seller registration and no application to approve. Your Utsav Elements dashboard carries a <strong>Switch to business<\/strong> control that changes which panels you see, and that is the whole of &ldquo;becoming a contributor&rdquo;.<\/li>\n<li>Because the menu entry opens a new tab, that fresh tab is already signed in as you. Buying an asset, downloading one, publishing one or selling one earns you no points, and it takes none away either.<\/p>\n<p>The reverse is also true: <strong>you cannot pay for an asset with Utsav Points.<\/strong> Points are not one of the payment methods offered at the Utsav Elements checkout, and there is no convert-points-to-credit step anywhere in the buying flow.<\/p>\n<p>This is a deliberate gap rather than something broken, so there is nothing to switch on and nothing to claim afterwards. It lives on the main site&rsquo;s Utsav Points pages. It is not shown anywhere on your Utsav Elements dashboard.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Your Utsav Elements balance<\/strong> is money &mdash; what you have earned from selling your own assets. It appears on the contributor view of your Utsav Elements dashboard and is paid out to you by PayPal or direct bank transfer on request.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>They never convert into one another, they are never added together, and a movement in one will never explain a movement in the other.<\/p>\n<h2>Will my Utsav Elements assets show up in general MyMahotsav search?<\/h2>\n<p>No &mdash; and this is the answer that surprises people most, so it is worth knowing before you go hunting.<\/p>\n<p>The main MyMahotsav search does reach Utsav Elements, but only as far as its <strong>pages<\/strong>: search for the marketplace by name and you will find its front page, its Explore screen, Freebies, Collections, Pricing and How it works. <strong>Individual assets are not in that index.<\/strong> Searching the main site for a picture you know is published on Utsav Elements returns nothing, because assets were never added to the sitewide index.<\/p>\n<p>So use the right search for the job:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>To find an asset<\/strong>, search inside Utsav Elements &mdash; the search box in its own header, or the filters on <strong>https:\/\/mymahotsav.com\/utsav-elements\/explore\/<\/strong>. That is the only search that sees the catalogue.<\/li>\n<li><strong>To find the marketplace itself<\/strong>, or a page such as Pricing, the main MyMahotsav search is fine.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The same applies from a contributor&rsquo;s side: publishing an asset does not put it into sitewide search results, so the way people find your work is the marketplace&rsquo;s own browse and search screens, plus its curated collections. On an asset page, the contributor&rsquo;s card carries a <strong>Send message<\/strong> control that opens a message box; a thread started there travels with the asset, while one started from the contributor&rsquo;s <strong>View profile<\/strong> page is a plain direct conversation. Either way, <strong>those threads are read on the Messages screen of your Utsav Elements dashboard<\/strong> at <strong>https:\/\/mymahotsav.com\/utsav-elements\/my-account\/messages\/<\/strong> &mdash; they do not arrive in your Utsav Messages inbox on the main site, so do not wait there for a reply. Neither side exchanges contact details; the card publishes a name, a profile and a short bio only.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Notifications.<\/strong> Utsav Elements has its own bell in its own header, plus email, covering your own activity there &mdash; a reply to a message, an asset approved, a sale, a download. They are about things you did or own, not a feed of what others are doing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Community.<\/strong> Your MyMahotsav profile, activity feed, groups and connections stay on the main site. Utsav Elements has no member directory, no activity feed and no way to follow a contributor, and assets cannot be rated or reviewed. Search using the words in the asset&rsquo;s own title and tags.<br \/><strong>Escalate if:<\/strong> the asset cannot be found on Explore either and you have a link proving it is published.<\/p>\n<h3>I bought an asset and my Utsav Points did not change<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Cause:<\/strong> that is expected. No activity on Utsav Elements earns or spends Utsav Points.<br \/><strong>Fix:<\/strong> nothing to fix.
