If you are the guest and want to review a stay you have had, that is a different guide.<\/div>\n<h2>Quick answer<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Open your Host Dashboard and select My Reviews to see every review guests have left on the venues you list. You can post one reply to each review, using the reply box under it. If you are signed out, the address quietly sends you to the Utsav Venues home page instead &mdash; and if a sign-in box appears where the page should be, you are not signed in.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Where to find it:<\/strong> open the account menu on the MyMahotsav header, choose <strong>Venue &amp; Space Selling<\/strong>, then <strong>Host Dashboard<\/strong>. In the dashboard menu down the left, select <strong>My Reviews<\/strong> (the chart icon). The direct address is <strong>https:\/\/mymahotsav.com\/utsav-venues\/my-reviews\/<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>You need a venue of your own.<\/strong> The page lists reviews left on venues you listed yourself. If you have not listed a venue, or no guest has reviewed one yet, you will see <strong>&ldquo;You don&rsquo;t have any reviews yet!&rdquo;<\/strong> and nothing else.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reviews come from guests who booked.<\/strong> A guest can only review a venue from their own booking once the stay has finished, so reviews arrive after bookings, not from passing visitors.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nothing here is instant.<\/strong> Reviews and owner replies are both held for a team check before they go live on the venue page. There is no published waiting time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Step 1 &mdash; Sign in before you open My Reviews<\/h2>\n<p>Sign in to MyMahotsav with the account that owns your venue listings. The two remaining pictures in this guide show the signed-out home page and the published venue page where an approved review finally appears.<\/div>\n<h2>Step 2 &mdash; Open your Host Dashboard<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Select your account menu in the MyMahotsav header.<\/li>\n<li>Choose <strong>Venue &amp; Space Selling<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Choose <strong>Host Dashboard<\/strong>. Your Utsav Venues dashboard opens, with its own menu down the left-hand side.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>On a small screen the header menu is collapsed, so open it first; the direct address in <strong>Before you begin<\/strong> works on any device.<\/p>\n<h2>Step 3 &mdash; Select My Reviews<\/h2>\n<p>In the dashboard menu on the left, select <strong>My Reviews<\/strong> &mdash; the entry with the chart icon. The band across the top of the page reads <strong>Property Reviews<\/strong>, and underneath it you will find every review left on the venues you list, newest listings and reviews together in one list, fifteen to a page.<\/p>\n<p>If you list several venues, the list mixes them all together. There is one control on the page &mdash; the search box labelled <strong>Search by listing name.<\/strong> with its <strong>Search<\/strong> button. It matches venue names only. There is no status filter and no sort order, so to see everything you simply scroll and page through.<\/p>\n<h2>Step 4 &mdash; Read the review you want to answer<\/h2>\n<p>Each review in the list shows you:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the <strong>name of the venue<\/strong> it was left on, as a link to that venue&rsquo;s page;<\/li>\n<li>the <strong>guest&rsquo;s name and profile picture<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>the <strong>overall star rating<\/strong>, written as a score out of five &mdash; guests rate six separate things (accuracy, communication, cleanliness, location, check-in and value), and this is the single figure that comes out of them;<\/li>\n<li>the date, shown as <strong>Posted on<\/strong> and the day the guest wrote it;<\/li>\n<li>the review itself; and<\/li>\n<li>a <strong>Your Reply<\/strong> area underneath.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What sits in that <strong>Your Reply<\/strong> area tells you where the review has got to. You will see one of three things: a reply box, ready for you to use; the sentence <strong>&ldquo;This review has not been approved yet.&rdquo;<\/strong> with no reply box; or, once you have answered, <strong>&ldquo;Your reply is waiting for approval.&rdquo;<\/strong> above the words you wrote. There are no badges or colour labels on this page &mdash; those sentences are the whole status vocabulary.<\/p>\n<h2>Step 5 &mdash; Write your reply and select Reply to Review<\/h2>\n<div style=\"background:#f4f6f8;border-left:4px solid #9aa4b2;border-radius:8px;padding:14px 18px;margin:22px 0;line-height:1.6;\">&#8505;&#65039; <strong>Note<\/strong><br \/>Read this before you send. You get <strong>one<\/strong> reply per review, and once it is sent there is no edit, no delete and no withdraw &mdash; the reply box disappears. Write it out in full and read it back before you select the button.<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li>Select the reply box under the review &mdash; it is the empty field marked <strong>type your reply<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Write your answer to the guest.<\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>Reply to Review<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Your words are saved straight away and the area changes to read <strong>&ldquo;Your reply is waiting for approval.&rdquo;<\/strong> with your text beneath it. Utsav Venues also emails the guest to let them know you have answered. Nothing more is needed from you &mdash; do not write the reply a second time.<\/p>\n<h2>Step 6 &mdash; Wait for the team check<\/h2>\n<p>Every review and every owner reply on Utsav Venues is looked at by the MyMahotsav team before it appears publicly. This is set for the whole venues marketplace &mdash; it is not something you switch on or off for your own venue, and there is no approval queue for owners to work through.<\/p>\n<p>While your reply is waiting, <strong>My Reviews<\/strong> keeps showing <strong>&ldquo;Your reply is waiting for approval.&rdquo;<\/strong>. When the check is done, that sentence stops appearing and your reply is published on the venue&rsquo;s page under the guest&rsquo;s review. No waiting time is published, so check back on the page rather than expecting a countdown.<\/p>\n<h2>Step 7 &mdash; See where an approved review and reply end up<\/h2>\n<p>An approved review does not stay in your dashboard &mdash; it goes on to the venue&rsquo;s own public page, which anyone can read without signing in. The star rating sits just under the venue&rsquo;s name at the top, and the reviews themselves are further down the same page, each with your reply printed underneath it. When your session has ended &mdash; or you opened the link from a device you have not signed in on &mdash; Utsav Venues does not show a &ldquo;no access&rdquo; message. It simply sends you to the marketplace home page, with its banner, its search bar and <strong>Login<\/strong> and <strong>Register<\/strong> in the header, exactly as below. Thank them, answer the specific point plainly, and say what you have changed. It matches venue names only, so type the name as it appears on the listing.<\/div>\n<h2>Troubleshooting<\/h2>\n<h3>My Reviews says I have no reviews, but I know a guest left one<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Cause:<\/strong> the page only lists reviews on venues you listed under this account, and only after the team has checked them. A review written yesterday, or one left on a venue listed under a different account, will not be there yet.<br \/>\n<strong>Fix:<\/strong> confirm you are signed in with the account that owns the venue, then check back after a day or so. Do not ask the guest to write it again &mdash; a second review does not replace the first.<br \/>\n<strong>Escalate if:<\/strong> a guest can see their own review on your venue&rsquo;s public page but it never reaches your My Reviews list.<\/p>\n<h3>There is no reply box under a review<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Cause:<\/strong> either the review is still being checked &mdash; you will see <strong>&ldquo;This review has not been approved yet.&rdquo;<\/strong> in place of the box &mdash; or you have already replied to it, and the one reply you get has been used.<br \/>\n<strong>Fix:<\/strong> read the sentence in the <strong>Your Reply<\/strong> area; it tells you which of the two it is. If a reply is already there, that is your answer to this review and it stands.<br \/>\n<strong>Escalate if:<\/strong> a review has been live on your venue page for some time and the reply box has still never appeared for it.<\/p>\n<h3>My reply is not showing on the venue page<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Cause:<\/strong> replies are checked before they are published, the same as reviews. Until the check is done, the reply lives only in your dashboard.<br \/>\n<strong>Fix:<\/strong> open My Reviews and look for <strong>&ldquo;Your reply is waiting for approval.&rdquo;<\/strong> &mdash; if it is there, your reply arrived safely and there is nothing to redo. Wait and check the venue page again later.<br \/>\n<strong>Escalate if:<\/strong> the waiting sentence has been showing for several days with no change.<\/p>\n<h3>I searched for one of my venues and got &ldquo;No results!&rdquo;<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Cause:<\/strong> the box searches venue names only &mdash; not guest names, not review wording, not dates &mdash; and it needs the name as it is written on the listing.<br \/>\n<strong>Fix:<\/strong> clear the box, select <strong>Search<\/strong> again to bring the full list back, then try a shorter piece of the venue name.<br \/>\n<strong>Escalate if:<\/strong> the full list is empty too, even though reviews appear on your venue&rsquo;s public page.<\/p>\n<h2>FAQ<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Q: Where do I see reviews on my listing?<\/strong><br \/>A: In your Host Dashboard, under <strong>My Reviews<\/strong> &mdash; account menu &rsaquo; <strong>Venue &amp; Space Selling<\/strong> &rsaquo; <strong>Host Dashboard<\/strong> &rsaquo; <strong>My Reviews<\/strong>, or directly at https:\/\/mymahotsav.com\/utsav-venues\/my-reviews\/. If a review is abusive, names someone, or is clearly not about a real stay at your venue, report it to the MyMahotsav team through the <strong>Contact<\/strong> page on Utsav Venues (https:\/\/mymahotsav.com\/utsav-venues\/contact\/) and say which venue and which review you mean. The team decides; removal is not guaranteed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Q: Can I change or delete my reply after I have sent it?<\/strong><br \/>A: No. A reply cannot be edited or withdrawn once you have selected <strong>Reply to Review<\/strong>, and the reply box does not come back. This is why it is worth drafting a difficult reply elsewhere first.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Q: How long does approval take?<\/strong><br \/>A: There is no published waiting time. Reviews and replies are checked by the MyMahotsav team, not published automatically, so the honest answer is to check My Reviews and the venue page again rather than watch for a notification.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Q: Will I know when a guest reviews one of my venues?<\/strong><br \/>A: Utsav Venues emails the owner when a new review is posted on their venue.
