It is equally for owners who already run a temple page on Utsav Mandir or a business page on Utsav Listings and expected to push that space across.<\/div>\n<h2>Quick answer<\/h2>\n<p><strong>You cannot cross-publish, import or copy a space from Utsav Mandir or Utsav Listings into Utsav Venues. A venue listing is always created fresh on Utsav Venues itself, through <strong>Add New Listing<\/strong> on your Host Dashboard. Complete the first step, press <strong>Continue<\/strong> while signed in, then finish the listing across the remaining tabs and wait for the team to approve it.<\/strong><\/p>\n<figure style=\"margin:28px 0 42px;\"><video controls preload=\"metadata\" src=\"https:\/\/mymahotsav.com\/kb-img\/listing-your-space-on-utsav-venues-via-utsav-mandir-or-utsav-listings-mu09k6ny-walkthrough.mp4\" style=\"width:100%;aspect-ratio:16\/9;border:0;border-radius:10px;box-shadow:0 5px 25px rgba(0,0,0,0.12);display:block;background:#000;\"><\/video><\/figure>\n<h2>Before you begin<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Be signed in to MyMahotsav first. If a sign-in box appears instead of the listing form, you are not signed in.<\/li>\n<li>Open the account menu, choose <strong>Venue &amp; Space Selling<\/strong>, then <strong>Host Dashboard<\/strong>, then <strong>Add New Listing<\/strong> (the plus icon) in the sidebar. The direct link is <strong>mymahotsav.com\/utsav-venues\/add-new-listing\/<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Have ready: a name for the space, the category and room type it belongs to, how many guests it holds, the city and neighbourhood it sits in, and a description a guest can read.<\/li>\n<li>Nothing from an Utsav Mandir temple page or an Utsav Listings business page is carried over. Your MyMahotsav account is shared across the family of services; your listings are not.<\/li>\n<li>Your nightly or daily rate is <strong>not<\/strong> on this first step. It is set later, on the <strong>Price<\/strong> tab, once the first step has been saved.<\/li>\n<li>A new listing is reviewed by the team before it goes live, so allow time for approval rather than expecting it to appear straight away.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Step 1 &mdash; Open the Add New Listing form<\/h2>\n<p>Open <strong>Add New Listing<\/strong> from the Host Dashboard sidebar. The form opens on its first step, with a red banner across the top listing the fields the listing cannot go live without: <strong>Main Category<\/strong>, <strong>Second Category<\/strong> and <strong>Listing Price<\/strong>. Two of those are on this screen; <strong>Listing Price<\/strong> is not, so do not hunt for a price box here.<\/p>\n<p>Start at the top with <strong>Title<\/strong>, ringed in the picture. Both start on <strong>None<\/strong>, so neither can be left alone.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Step 3 &mdash; Set how many guests the space holds<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Guest No<\/strong> is the capacity a guest books against, so set it to the number the space comfortably seats or hosts.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Choose your capacity from <strong>Guest No<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Tick <strong>Children(ages 2-12) will not be charged<\/strong> if small children do not count towards that number.<\/li>\n<li>Tick <strong>Allow guests above capacity?<\/strong>, ringed in the picture, only if you are willing to go over. Set the <strong>City<\/strong> first, then pick the matching <strong>Neighborhood \/ Area<\/strong>, ringed first in the picture.<\/p>\n<p>The second ring in the same picture marks the <strong>Continue<\/strong> button at the foot of the form, and the line printed beneath it. Describe the space, what is included in the hire, and how the hire slots work.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Affiliate Link<\/strong> (ring 6) is optional, and it changes how bookings behave: anyone who tries to book is redirected to the address you put here instead. Leave it empty if you want enquiries and bookings to reach you through Utsav Venues.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Private Notes<\/strong> (ring 4) is yours alone. House rules, access details and restrictions belong here, not in the public description.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Check-In Message<\/strong> (ring 5) is added to the trip details email, so use it for arrival instructions rather than for anything sensitive.<\/li>\n<li>Two tick-boxes sit below. <strong>Show Contact form instead of Booking Form<\/strong> turns the listing into an enquiry-only page. <strong>Allow instant booking? Sign in <strong>before<\/strong> you press <strong>Continue<\/strong>, or sign in the moment you are asked &mdash; otherwise everything you have just typed goes.<\/div>\n<p>With the first step complete and your account signed in, press <strong>Continue<\/strong>. The first step is saved and the listing carries on across the rest of the tabs.<\/p>\n<p>If you were signed out when you pressed it, the entries are not kept and you are simply returned to the Utsav Venues home page, as in the picture below. The listing is finished across the tabs that follow, and each one is saved in its own right:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Description<\/strong> &mdash; the fuller write-up of the space.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Price<\/strong> &mdash; where <strong>Listing Price<\/strong> lives. This is the one the red banner on step 1 was warning you about, so a listing is not complete until you have set it here.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Images<\/strong> &mdash; the photographs guests browse.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Details<\/strong> and <strong>Amenities<\/strong> &mdash; the facts and facilities guests filter on.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Location<\/strong> &mdash; the map position.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Calendar<\/strong> &mdash; the dates you are open to bookings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>When the listing is complete it goes to the team for approval. Until it is approved and published it will not appear anywhere a guest can find it.<\/p>\n<h2>The Utsav Venues home page you land on<\/h2>\n<p>The home page is worth knowing because it is where guests start, and where an approved space can be seen.
