                  4.2 Indemnification of Platform<\/h4>\n

                  Support Group Members jointly and severally agree to indemnify and hold harmless UTSAV DAAN\u2122, MyMahotsav Futuretech Ltd, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:<\/p>\n
