                                              5.2.3<\/strong>\u00a0Scalping prevention: UTSAV PASS\u2122 reserves the right to limit purchases to reasonable quantities and to cancel orders that appear to be for commercial resale.<\/p>\n

                                              6. EVENT ADMISSION AND CONDUCT<\/h3>\n

                                                            PART C: JURISDICTION-SPECIFIC ADDENDUMS<\/h2>\n

                                                            INDIA ADDENDUM<\/h3>\n

                                                            Consumer Protection Act, 2019<\/strong>: As a consumer, you have rights against Organizers for deficient services. UTSAV PASS\u2122 is a marketplace and will facilitate communication but is not directly liable.<\/p>\n

                                                            Cancellation & Refund<\/strong>: Organizers must honor cancellation policies disclosed at purchase. Under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, marketplace platforms must provide seller contact information.<\/p>\n

                                                            UK ADDENDUM<\/h3>\n

                                                            Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013<\/strong>: The 14-day cooling-off period\u00a0DOES NOT APPLY<\/strong>\u00a0to tickets for leisure events with a specific date\u00a0.<\/p>\n
