    2. VENUE OPERATOR STATUS AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h3>\n

    2.1 Independent Operator Status<\/h4>\n

      You are an independent venue operator, not an employee, agent, joint venturer, or partner of UTSAV PASS\u2122<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      UTSAV PASS\u2122 provides technology services only<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      You have sole responsibility for your Venue, including its safety, compliance, and management<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      2.1.2<\/strong>\u00a0Nothing in this Agreement creates any fiduciary, partnership, or employment relationship.<\/p>\n

      2.2 Venue Operator Representations and Warranties<\/h4>\n

      You represent and warrant that:<\/p>\n

        (a) You have the legal right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to list the Venue for booking<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        (b) If you are acting on behalf of an entity, you are authorized to bind that entity<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        (c) You own the Venue or have written authorization from the owner to list it<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        (d) All information in your Venue Listing is accurate, complete, and not misleading<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        (e) Your Venue complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and permits (including fire safety, accessibility, zoning, and licensing)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        (f) You have obtained all necessary insurance coverage for the Venue<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        (g) The Venue is safe for its intended use<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        (h) You will honor all confirmed Bookings and not cancel without valid reason<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        3. VENUE LISTINGS<\/h3>\n

        3.1 Listing Content<\/h4>\n

        3.1.1<\/strong>\u00a0Your Venue Listing must include accurate information about:<\/p>\n

                  4. BOOKING PROCESS<\/h3>\n

                  4.1 How Bookings Work<\/h4>\n

                    Organizer searches<\/strong>\u00a0for venues matching requirements<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                    Organizer requests booking<\/strong>\u00a0(or instant book if enabled)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                    You confirm booking<\/strong>\u00a0(or automatic if instant book)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                  4. \n

                    Organizer pays<\/strong>\u00a0booking fee (less applicable taxes)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                  5. \n

                    Booking confirmed<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 calendar blocked<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                  6. \n

                    You host event<\/strong>\u00a0according to agreed terms<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    4.2 Booking Confirmation<\/h4>\n

                    4.2.1<\/strong>\u00a0Once a booking is confirmed:<\/p>\n

                                                                PART C: JURISDICTION-SPECIFIC ADDENDUMS<\/h2>\n

                                                                INDIA ADDENDUM<\/h3>\n

                                                                Shops and Establishments Act<\/strong>: Venues may need registration under state-specific Act.<\/p>\n

                                                                Fire Safety<\/strong>: Fire NOC mandatory for public venues.<\/p>\n

                                                                Liquor Licensing<\/strong>: If Venue allows alcohol, appropriate licenses required.<\/p>\n

                                                                GST<\/strong>: Venue rental may attract GST (check current rates).<\/p>\n

                                                                UK ADDENDUM<\/h3>\n
