These guidelines explain how you get credit for content you create on Utsav World\u2122, and how you must credit others when you use or share their content.<\/p>\n

    You keep ownership<\/strong>: When you post content, you still own it. We just need a license to show it.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    You get credit<\/strong>: We will display your name\/username with your content by default.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    You can waive credit<\/strong>: If you want to post anonymously or under a community account, you can choose this in settings.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Credit others<\/strong>: If you share someone else’s content or use it in your own work, you MUST credit them clearly.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    No false endorsement<\/strong>: Don’t suggest someone sponsors or endorses you if they don’t.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Creator<\/td>\nThe individual or entity that originally authored or owns rights in the Content<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Derivative Work<\/td>\nContent that is based on, incorporates, modifies, or adapts pre-existing Content<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Moral Rights<\/td>\nRights of attribution and integrity as defined under applicable copyright laws and international treaties<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Platform<\/td>\nUtsav World\u2122 and all associated subdomains, applications, and services operated by MyMahotsav Futuretech Ltd<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/div>\n

    2. Attribution Rights and Default Rules<\/h3>\n

    2.1<\/strong>\u00a0By submitting Content to the Platform, Creators retain their Moral Rights of attribution.<\/p>\n

    2.2<\/strong>\u00a0Utsav World\u2122 shall make commercially reasonable efforts to display the Creator’s chosen attribution name in connection with their Content, including:<\/p>\n

    • \n

      Adjacent to the Content on detail\/view pages<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      In search results where technically feasible<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      In embedded or shared versions of the Content<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      2.3<\/strong>\u00a0The Creator may modify their attribution preferences at any time via Account Settings. Changes apply prospectively only.<\/p>\n

      2.4<\/strong>\u00a0Utsav World\u2122 reserves the right to withhold or remove attribution where:<\/p>\n

      • \n

        The Creator has violated Platform policies and attribution is removed as a consequence<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Technical limitations prevent reasonable display<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Content is used in contexts where attribution is impractical (e.g., thumbnails, API responses, certain algorithmic recommendations)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Required by law or valid legal process<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        3. Third-Party Attribution Obligations<\/h3>\n

        3.1<\/strong>\u00a0Any User who shares, republishes, embeds, or creates Derivative Works from another Creator’s Content MUST:<\/p>\n

          (a) Preserve all existing copyright notices and attribution metadata<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          (b) Display clear, conspicuous credit to the original Creator<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          (c) Include a link to the original Content URL where technically feasible<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          (d) Not alter or remove attribution information through technological means<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          3.2<\/strong>\u00a0Failure to provide proper attribution constitutes a violation of these Guidelines and may result in:<\/p>\n

          • \n

            Removal of infringing Content<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            Suspension of sharing\/republishing privileges<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            Account suspension or termination for repeated violations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            Legal action for copyright infringement and\/or Moral Rights violation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            4. Collective Works and Curated Content<\/h3>\n

            4.1<\/strong>\u00a0Users creating collections, playlists, galleries, or other aggregated works must provide attribution for each distinct work included.<\/p>\n

            4.2<\/strong>\u00a0Attribution may be provided through:<\/p>\n

              \n
            • \n

              Individual credits adjacent to each work<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              A centralized credit list accessible within the collection<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              Machine-readable metadata where technical standards exist<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              4.3<\/strong>\u00a0“No-attribution” requests from original Creators must be honored and override standard attribution requirements.<\/p>\n

              5. False Attribution and Impersonation<\/h3>\n

              5.1<\/strong>\u00a0Users are strictly prohibited from:<\/p>\n

                Falsely attributing Content to another person or entity<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              • \n

                Implying endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation where none exists<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              • \n

                Using misleading attribution to deceive Users as to the origin of Content<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                5.2<\/strong>\u00a0Violations will result in immediate Content removal and account review for termination.<\/p>\n

                6. Platform Attribution Rights<\/h3>\n

                6.1<\/strong>\u00a0Utsav World\u2122 may display the following attribution information in connection with Platform operations:<\/p>\n

                  “Powered by Utsav World\u2122” or similar branding on hosted Content<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                • \n

                  Platform attribution in shared links and embeds<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                • \n

                  Automated credits in algorithmically distributed Content<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  6.2<\/strong>\u00a0This attribution does not imply endorsement by Utsav World\u2122 of Creator Content.<\/p>\n

                  7. Reporting and Enforcement<\/h3>\n

                  7.1<\/strong>\u00a0Users may report missing or incorrect attribution through:<\/p>\n

                    The “Report” function on any Content<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                  • \n

                    Email:\u00a0legal@mymahotsav.com<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    7.2<\/strong>\u00a0Utsav World\u2122 shall review reports within 5 business days and take appropriate action.<\/p>\n

                    Part C: Jurisdiction-Specific Addendums<\/h2>\n

                    India Addendum<\/h3>\n

                    Under the Copyright Act, 1957, Section 57 provides independent Moral Rights that:<\/p>\n

                      Exist separately from economic rights<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                      Are not transferable<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
