                    THEN THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF MYMAHOTSAV AND ITS AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS OR AGENTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE MONTHLY CHARGES, IF ANY, WHICH YOU HAVE ACTUALLY PAID TO US TO LIST, PUBLISH, NOT LIST, OR NOT PUBLISH THE INFORMATION FOR THE AFFECTED PERIOD.                       The quality of services provided by any listed entity<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                      Any disputes, disagreements, or conflicts between you and a listed entity<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                      Any damages, losses, or injuries arising from your interaction with listed entities<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                    • \n

                      Any failure of a listed entity to perform as promised<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                    • \n

                      Any billing, payment, or refund issues between you and a listed entity<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                      4.3<\/strong>\u00a0You agree to pursue any claims directly against the listed entity and not against MyMahotsav.<\/p>\n

                      5. Limitation of Liability<\/h3>\n

                      5.1<\/strong>\u00a0TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYMAHOTSAV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:<\/p>\n
