Adding Your Temple, Business, or Organization to Our Directory<\/h3>\n

This document explains the rules for submitting listings to Utsav Mandirs\u2122 and Utsav Listings\u2122. Whether you’re listing a temple, your business, or an NGO, these terms apply.<\/p>\n

The Simple Truth<\/h3>\n

  • \n

    You’re responsible for your listing<\/strong>: If you submit information, you’re responsible for making sure it’s accurate and legal.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    We can moderate<\/strong>: We review listings and may reject, edit, or remove anything that doesn’t meet our standards.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    You grant us a license<\/strong>: By submitting, you give us permission to display your information (but you still own it).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Claim your listing<\/strong>: If someone else listed your temple or business, you can claim ownership.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Free and paid options<\/strong>: Basic listings may be free; enhanced features may cost money.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    No guarantee of traffic<\/strong>: Being listed doesn’t guarantee customers, devotees, or visibility.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Part B: Legal Terms and Conditions<\/h2>\n

    1. Definitions<\/h3>\n

    Listing Owner<\/td>\nThe person or entity that has verified ownership of a Listing and has management rights<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Submitter<\/td>\nAny user who submits information for a Listing, whether or not they are the Listing Owner<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Claim<\/td>\nThe process by which an entity verifies ownership of an existing Listing<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Verified Listing<\/td>\nA Listing where the Owner has completed verification and has management access<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Unverified Listing<\/td>\nA Listing that has not been claimed and is managed solely by platform moderation<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Premium Features<\/td>\nEnhanced listing options available for a fee<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/div>\n

    2. Eligibility to Submit Listings<\/h3>\n

    2.1<\/strong>\u00a0You may submit a Listing only if:<\/p>\n

    • \n

      You are at least 18 years of age<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      You have a valid Utsav World\u2122 account<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      You have the legal right to provide the information (either as the entity owner or with permission)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      2.2<\/strong>\u00a0You may NOT submit Listings for:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • \n

        Entities you have no connection to (without authorization)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Illegal businesses or activities<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Entities that promote hatred, discrimination, or violence<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Entities that violate any applicable laws<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        3. Information Accuracy and Completeness<\/h3>\n

        3.1<\/strong>\u00a0You represent and warrant that all information you submit is:<\/p>\n

          \n
        • \n

          True, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Not misleading or deceptive<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Current and up-to-date at the time of submission<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          3.2<\/strong>\u00a0You agree to:<\/p>\n

          • \n

            Promptly update your Listing if information changes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            Respond to platform inquiries about your Listing accuracy<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            Correct any errors brought to your attention<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            3.3<\/strong>\u00a0Consequences of Inaccurate Information<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

              \n
            • \n

              Listings with material inaccuracies may be suspended or removed<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              Repeated violations may result in account restrictions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              You may be liable for damages caused by false information<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              4. Listing Content Requirements<\/h3>\n

              4.1<\/strong>\u00a0All Listings must comply with our Prohibited Content & Listing Guidelines (Document 4).<\/p>\n

              4.2<\/strong>\u00a0By way of example, Listings may NOT contain\u00a0:<\/p>\n

                \n
              • \n

                Offensive, discriminatory, or harassing language<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              • \n

                False or defamatory statements about others<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              • \n

                Copyrighted materials you don’t own<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              • \n

                Sexually explicit content<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              • \n

                Promotions of illegal activities<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              • \n

                Misleading claims about credentials or qualifications<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                5. License Grant for Listing Content<\/h3>\n

                5.1<\/strong>\u00a0By submitting a Listing, you grant MyMahotsav Futuretech Ltd a\u00a0non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license<\/strong>\u00a0to\u00a0:<\/p>\n

                  \n
                • \n

                  Host, store, and display the Listing on our platforms<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                • \n

                  Reproduce, adapt, and format the Listing for technical compatibility<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                • \n

                  Translate the Listing (where applicable)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                • \n

                  Use the Listing for promotional purposes (with attribution)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                • \n

                  Sublicense these rights to service providers and affiliates<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  5.2<\/strong>\u00a0Exclusive License Option<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

                  If you submit a Listing through a channel that explicitly states “By submitting, you grant MyMahotsav exclusive rights to this content,” you grant an\u00a0exclusive license<\/strong>\u00a0for the duration your Listing appears on our platform\u00a0.<\/p>\n

                  5.3<\/strong>\u00a0You retain ownership of your content. This license is solely to enable us to operate the directory service.<\/p>\n

                  6. Listing Verification and Claims<\/h3>\n

                  6.1<\/strong>\u00a0Unverified Listings<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

                    \n
                  • \n

                    May be submitted by any user<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                  • \n

                    Subject to moderation review<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                  • \n

                    Displayed with “Unverified” badge or notation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                  • \n

                    May have limited features<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    6.2<\/strong>\u00a0Claiming a Listing<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

                      \n
                    • \n

                      Entity owners may claim Listings through the Claim process<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                    • \n

                      Claim requires verification of ownership (documentation may be required)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                    • \n

                      Approved claims transfer management rights to the Claimant<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                    • \n

                      Previous Submitter is notified of claim<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                      6.3<\/strong>\u00a0Disputed Claims<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

                        \n
                      • \n

                        If multiple parties claim the same Listing, we may require additional documentation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                      • \n

                        We may hold the Listing in unverified status pending resolution<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                      • \n

                        We do not adjudicate ownership disputes; we may remove the Listing entirely<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                        7. Moderation and Approval<\/h3>\n

                        7.1<\/strong>\u00a0All Listings are subject to moderation before publication.<\/p>\n

                        7.2<\/strong>\u00a0We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to\u00a0:<\/p>\n

                          \n
                        • \n

                          Approve or reject any Listing submission<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                        • \n

                          Edit Listing content for clarity or compliance<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                        • \n

                          Remove any Listing at any time<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                        • \n

                          Suspend or terminate Listing privileges<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                          7.3<\/strong>\u00a0We are not obligated to provide reasons for rejection or removal, though we typically do so.<\/p>\n

                          8. Premium Features and Payments<\/h3>\n

                          8.1<\/strong>\u00a0Some Listing features may require payment (see separate Premium Features & Paid Listing Agreement).<\/p>\n

                          8.2<\/strong>\u00a0Free Listings include basic information display.<\/p>\n

                          8.3<\/strong>\u00a0Paid features may include:<\/p>\n

                            \n
                          • \n

                            Enhanced visibility in search results<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                          • \n

                            Additional media (photos, videos)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                          • \n

                            Priority customer support<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                          • \n

                            Advanced analytics<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                          • \n

                            Removal of “Unverified” badge (after verification)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                            8.4\u00a0No Refunds<\/strong>: Fees for premium features are non-refundable except as required by law or specified in the Premium Features Agreement.<\/h3>\n

                            9. Listing Duration and Renewal<\/h3>\n

                            9.1<\/strong>\u00a0Listings remain active until:<\/p>\n

                              \n
                            • \n

                              Removed by the Listing Owner<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                            • \n

                              Removed by platform for violations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                            • \n

                              The entity ceases to exist or operate<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                            • \n

                              You request deletion<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                              9.2<\/strong>\u00a0We may periodically verify Listing accuracy and contact Owners for confirmation.<\/p>\n

                              9.3<\/strong>\u00a0Inactive Listings (no owner login for 2+ years) may be archived or removed.<\/p>\n

                              10. Third-Party Content and Links<\/h3>\n

                              10.1<\/strong>\u00a0Listings may include links to external websites or third-party content.<\/p>\n

                              10.2<\/strong>\u00a0We are not responsible for:<\/p>\n

                              • \n

                                The content of external websites<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                              • \n

                                Any products or services offered through linked sites<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                              • \n

                                Any transactions you conduct with third parties<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                10.3<\/strong>\u00a0Embedded websites (iFrame feature) are displayed as a convenience. The content is not ours, and we disclaim all liability.<\/p>\n

                                11. Prohibited Commercial Activities<\/h3>\n

                                11.1<\/strong>\u00a0You may not use Listings to\u00a0:<\/p>\n

                                  Engage in deceptive marketing<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                                • \n

                                  Promote pyramid schemes or get-rich-quick schemes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                                • \n

                                  Sell illegal products or services<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                                • \n

                                  Infringe others’ intellectual property<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                                • \n

                                  Harass or spam users<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                  12. Termination and Suspension<\/h3>\n

                                  12.1<\/strong>\u00a0We may suspend or terminate Listing access for:<\/p>\n

                                  • \n

                                    Violation of these Terms<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                                  • \n

                                    Fraudulent or deceptive conduct<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                                  • \n

                                    Multiple user complaints<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                                  • \n

                                    Illegal activity<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                                  • \n

                                    Non-payment of fees<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                    12.2<\/strong>\u00a0Upon termination:<\/p>\n

                                      \n
                                    • \n

                                      Listing will be removed<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                                    • \n

                                      Any fees paid are non-refundable<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                                    • \n

                                      You may not re-list without permission<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                      \n

                                      Part C: Jurisdiction-Specific Addendums<\/h2>\n

                                      India Addendum<\/h3>\n

                                      IT Rules, 2021<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

                                        Listings must not contain information that is “patently false and untrue”<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                                      • \n

                                        Grievance Officer must address Listing-related complaints<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                                        First origin information may be required for certain content<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                        UK\/EU Addendum<\/h3>\n

                                        GDPR<\/strong>: Listing Owners have rights to access, rectification, and erasure of their data.<\/p>\n

                                        US Addendum<\/h3>\n
