      Payment processors (Stripe, Razorpay)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Email services (Gmail, Outlook)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      1.2<\/strong>\u00a0This disclaimer explains the relationship between Utsav Appointments\u2122 and these TPAs and limits our liability regarding their use.<\/p>\n

      2. No Control or Endorsement<\/h3>\n

      2.1<\/strong>\u00a0Utsav Appointments\u2122 does not own, operate, or control any TPA. We provide integrations as a convenience to our users.<\/p>\n

      2.2<\/strong>\u00a0We do not endorse any TPA, nor do we make any representations or warranties about:<\/p>\n

        Their functionality, reliability, or availability<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Their security practices or data handling<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        3. Your Relationship with TPAs<\/h3>\n

        3.1<\/strong>\u00a0When you connect a TPA to your Utsav Appointments\u2122 account, you are entering into a direct relationship with that TPA provider.<\/p>\n

        3.2<\/strong>\u00a0Your use of TPAs is governed by:<\/p>\n

          The TPA’s terms of service<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          The TPA’s privacy policy<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          Any agreements you have with the TPA directly<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          3.3<\/strong>\u00a0You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the TPA’s terms before connecting.<\/p>\n

          4. Data Shared with TPAs<\/h3>\n

          4.1<\/strong>\u00a0When you enable an integration, certain data may be shared with the TPA, including:<\/p>\n

            Calendar availability and event details<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            Contact information (names, emails)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            Meeting details (dates, times, participants)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            4.2<\/strong>\u00a0The TPA’s privacy policy governs how they use your data. Utsav Appointments\u2122 is not responsible for their data practices.<\/p>\n

            4.3<\/strong>\u00a0You acknowledge that once data is shared with a TPA, we cannot control or delete it on your behalf.<\/p>\n

            5. TPA Availability and Performance<\/h3>\n

            5.1<\/strong>\u00a0TPAs may experience outages, downtime, or performance issues. Utsav Appointments\u2122 is not responsible for:<\/p>\n

              TPA service interruptions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              Data loss caused by TPAs<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              Delays in TPA services<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              5.2<\/strong>\u00a0If a TPA becomes unavailable, certain features of Utsav Appointments\u2122 may be limited or non-functional.<\/p>\n

              6. TPA Changes<\/h3>\n

              6.1<\/strong>\u00a0TPAs may change their APIs, terms, or pricing at any time. Such changes may affect our integration.<\/p>\n

              6.2<\/strong>\u00a0Utsav Appointments\u2122 may need to modify or discontinue integrations in response to TPA changes. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.<\/p>\n

              7. Fees<\/h3>\n

              7.1<\/strong>\u00a0Some TPAs charge fees for their services. You are solely responsible for any fees charged by TPAs.<\/p>\n

              7.2<\/strong>\u00a0Utsav Appointments\u2122 is not responsible for reimbursing or disputing TPA fees.<\/p>\n

              8. Indemnification<\/h3>\n

              8.1<\/strong>\u00a0You agree to indemnify and hold Utsav Appointments\u2122 harmless from any claims arising out of your use of TPAs, including:<\/p>\n
