This document is the detailed legal agreement between you and MyMahotsav when you enter any contest on Utsav Contests\u2122. It works together with the Official Rules (CT-1).<\/p>\n

    Read Before You Submit<\/strong>: Don’t skip this\u2014it affects your legal rights.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Part B: Legal Terms and Conditions<\/h2>\n

    1. BINDING AGREEMENT<\/h3>\n

    1.1<\/strong>\u00a0These Entrant Terms and Conditions (“Entrant Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“Entrant”) and MyMahotsav Futuretech Ltd (“MyMahotsav”) regarding your participation in any contest hosted on Utsav Contests\u2122.<\/p>\n

    1.2<\/strong>\u00a0By submitting an entry, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Entrant Terms and the Official Rules (CT-1).<\/p>\n

    1.3<\/strong>\u00a0If you are entering on behalf of a minor (age 13-17), you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of the minor and agree to be bound by these Entrant Terms on the minor’s behalf.<\/p>\n

    2. ENTRANT REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES<\/h3>\n

    2.1<\/strong>\u00a0By submitting an entry, you represent and warrant that:<\/p>\n

    Originality<\/strong><\/td>\nThe entry is your original work and does not copy any third-party content except as permitted under fair use or with appropriate licenses<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Ownership<\/strong><\/td>\nYou own all rights to the entry or have obtained all necessary permissions<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Third-Party Rights<\/strong><\/td>\nThe entry does not infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, right of publicity, or other intellectual property or proprietary right of any person or entity<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Model Releases<\/strong><\/td>\nFor entries depicting recognizable individuals, you have obtained written model releases permitting the uses contemplated in these Entrant Terms<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Minor Protections<\/strong><\/td>\nFor entries depicting minors, you have obtained verifiable parental consent<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Location Releases<\/strong><\/td>\nFor entries depicting private property, you have obtained necessary permissions<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Accuracy<\/strong><\/td>\nAll information provided in connection with your entry is true, accurate, and complete<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Compliance<\/strong><\/td>\nYour entry complies with all applicable laws and regulations<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/div>\n

    2.2<\/strong>\u00a0You agree to provide copies of any releases or permissions to MyMahotsav upon request. Failure to provide requested documentation within [seven (7)] days may result in disqualification.<\/p>\n

    3. ENTRANT OBLIGATIONS<\/h3>\n

    3.1<\/strong>\u00a0Accurate Information<\/strong>: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when entering contests and to update such information as necessary.<\/p>\n

    3.2<\/strong>\u00a0Compliance<\/strong>: You agree to comply with all Contest rules, deadlines, and requirements.<\/p>\n

    3.3<\/strong>\u00a0No Disruption<\/strong>: You agree not to:<\/p>\n

      Tamper with the entry process<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Use automated means to submit entries<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Attempt to manipulate voting or judging<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Harass or interfere with other entrants or Contest personnel<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3.4<\/strong>\u00a0Cooperation<\/strong>: You agree to cooperate with MyMahotsav in any investigation of potential rule violations.<\/p>\n

      4. CONSEQUENCES OF BREACH<\/h3>\n

      4.1<\/strong>\u00a0If you breach any representation, warranty, or obligation in these Entrant Terms, MyMahotsav may, in its sole discretion:<\/p>\n

        Disqualify your entry<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Remove your entry from the Contest<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Forfeit any prize you may have won<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Suspend or terminate your Utsav World\u2122 account<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Pursue legal remedies, including damages<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        4.2<\/strong>\u00a0You agree to indemnify MyMahotsav for any losses resulting from your breach of these Entrant Terms\u00a0.<\/p>\n

        5. ENTRANT ACKNOWLEDGMENTS<\/h3>\n

        5.1<\/strong>\u00a0No Confidentiality<\/strong>: You acknowledge that your entry is not confidential and may be viewed by the public, judges, and other entrants.<\/p>\n

        5.2<\/strong>\u00a0No Obligation to Use<\/strong>: You acknowledge that MyMahotsav has no obligation to post, display, or otherwise use your entry.<\/p>\n

        5.3<\/strong>\u00a0No Compensation<\/strong>: Except as expressly provided in prize descriptions, you acknowledge that you will not receive any compensation for your entry or for any use by MyMahotsav under the licenses granted.<\/p>\n

        5.4<\/strong>\u00a0No Employment<\/strong>: You acknowledge that nothing in these Entrant Terms creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship between you and MyMahotsav.<\/p>\n

        6. ENTRANT RIGHTS<\/h3>\n

        6.1<\/strong>\u00a0You retain all ownership rights in your entry, subject to the licenses granted in these Entrant Terms and the Official Rules\u00a0.<\/p>\n

        6.2<\/strong>\u00a0You have the right to be credited in connection with uses of your entry, and MyMahotsav will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide attribution\u00a0.<\/p>\n

        6.3<\/strong>\u00a0You have the right to request removal of your entry from the Contest before the Contest Period ends, subject to any entries already processed.<\/p>\n

        7. THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS<\/h3>\n

        7.1<\/strong>\u00a0If any third party makes a claim regarding your entry, you agree to:<\/p>\n

          Notify MyMahotsav immediately<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Cooperate fully in evaluating the claim<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Provide any documentation requested<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          7.2<\/strong>\u00a0MyMahotsav may, at its discretion, remove or withhold your entry pending resolution of any third-party claim.<\/p>\n

          8. GOVERNING LAW<\/h3>\n

          8.1<\/strong>\u00a0These Entrant Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.<\/p>\n

          8.2<\/strong>\u00a0Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Entrant Terms shall be resolved as provided in the Official Rules.<\/p>\n
