    1. CORE PRINCIPLES<\/h3>\n

    1.1<\/strong>\u00a0Astrologers on Utsav Jyotish\u2122 must always act with:<\/p>\n

      Honesty<\/strong>: Providing truthful, accurate readings based on astrological principles<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Integrity<\/strong>: Maintaining moral and ethical principles in all interactions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Respect<\/strong>: Treating all clients with dignity, regardless of background, beliefs, or circumstances<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      2. PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS<\/h3>\n

      2.1<\/strong>\u00a0Accurate Representation<\/strong>: Astrologers shall accurately represent their qualifications, experience, and areas of expertise. They shall not claim credentials they do not possess.<\/p>\n

      2.2<\/strong>\u00a0No False Claims<\/strong>: Astrologers shall refrain from making false claims, predictions, or guarantees about outcomes. Astrology is a tool for guidance, not for making absolute predictions\u00a0.<\/p>\n

      2.3<\/strong>\u00a0Scope of Practice<\/strong>: Astrologers shall not:<\/p>\n

        3. CLIENT RELATIONSHIP<\/h3>\n

        3.1<\/strong>\u00a0Respect and Dignity<\/strong>: All clients shall be treated with respect, without discrimination based on race, religion, caste, gender, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic\u00a0.<\/p>\n

        3.2<\/strong>\u00a0Privacy and Confidentiality<\/strong>: Client information, including birth details and consultation content, shall be kept strictly confidential and never shared without explicit consent\u00a0.<\/p>\n

        3.3<\/strong>\u00a0Informed Consent<\/strong>: Astrologers shall explain the nature of astrological guidance and its limitations to clients, ensuring clients understand that predictions are not guarantees.<\/p>\n

        3.4<\/strong>\u00a0Empowerment<\/strong>: Astrologers shall encourage clients to make their own decisions and take personal responsibility, rather than creating dependency on astrological guidance\u00a0.<\/p>\n

        4.2<\/strong>\u00a0Conflicts of Interest<\/strong>: Astrologers shall disclose any potential conflicts of interest that could affect their objectivity.<\/p>\n

        4.3<\/strong>\u00a0Referrals<\/strong>: When a client’s needs fall outside the astrologer’s expertise or scope of practice, the astrologer should, where appropriate, refer the client to other qualified professionals.<\/p>\n

        5. ADVERTISING AND MARKETING<\/h3>\n
