Scheduling Your Astrology Session<\/h3>\n

This policy explains the practical aspects of booking, rescheduling, and cancelling consultations with astrologers.<\/p>\n

The Simple Truth<\/h3>\n

    Book in Advance<\/strong>: Astrologers have busy schedules\u2014book early.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Free Rescheduling (With Notice)<\/strong>\u00a0: Let us know at least 24 hours ahead to reschedule without charge.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Late Cancellations May Be Charged<\/strong>: Cancelling within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of fees.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Astrologer Cancellations<\/strong>: If your astrologer cancels, you get a full refund.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Part B: Booking and Cancellation Rules<\/h2>\n

    1. BOOKING PROCESS<\/h3>\n

    1.1<\/strong>\u00a0Users may book consultations through the Astrologer’s profile page by selecting available time slots.<\/p>\n

    1.2<\/strong>\u00a0Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the appointment.<\/p>\n

    1.3<\/strong>\u00a0Confirmation will be sent via email and\/or SMS with session details.<\/p>\n

    2. CANCELLATION BY USER<\/h3>\n

    2.1<\/strong>\u00a0More Than 24 Hours Notice<\/strong>: Full refund or free rescheduling available.<\/p>\n

    2.2<\/strong>\u00a0Less Than 24 Hours Notice<\/strong>: Session fee forfeited; rescheduling not guaranteed.<\/p>\n

    2.3<\/strong>\u00a0No-Show<\/strong>: If you do not join the session at the scheduled time, it will be considered completed and non-refundable\u00a0.<\/p>\n

    3. CANCELLATION BY ASTROLOGER<\/h3>\n

    3.1<\/strong>\u00a0If the Astrologer cancels for any reason, you will receive:<\/p>\n

      Full refund of the session fee, OR<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Option to reschedule at no additional cost<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3.2<\/strong>\u00a0We will notify you promptly of any cancellation.<\/p>\n

      4. TECHNICAL ISSUES<\/h3>\n

      4.1<\/strong>\u00a0If technical problems prevent the session from occurring, contact us immediately. We will work to reschedule or issue a refund.<\/p>\n

      5. EXCEPTIONS<\/h3>\n
