This policy explains how to file a complaint and what to expect.<\/p>\n<h3>The Simple Truth<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Talk to the Provider First<\/strong>: For issues with an astrologer or seller, contact them directly first.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Escalate to Us<\/strong>: If not resolved, we&#8217;ll step in to mediate.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Grievance Officer (India)<\/strong>\u00a0: For Indian users, a designated officer handles complaints\u00a0.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Timely Responses<\/strong>: We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve within 15 days\u00a0.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Appeals<\/strong>: If you&#8217;re unhappy with our decision, you may have further rights.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Part B: Grievance Process<\/h2>\n<h3>1.
