They&#8217;re designed to help you succeed while keeping everything above board.<\/p>\n<h3>The Simple Truth<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Be Honest and Transparent<\/strong>: Don&#8217;t make false claims about products or potential earnings. If you say &#8220;I made \u20b950,000 last month,&#8221; you&#8217;d better be able to prove it.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Disclose Your Affiliate Relationship<\/strong>: Always let people know you may earn commissions from your recommendations. This is required by the FTC and other consumer protection agencies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>No Spam<\/strong>: Don&#8217;t send unsolicited emails, texts, or messages promoting MyMahotsav. PROHIBITED PROMOTIONAL METHODS<\/h3>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>2.1<\/strong>\u00a0Affiliates may NOT engage in the following:<\/p>\n<div class=\"ds-scroll-area _1210dd7 c03cafe9\">\n<div class=\"ds-scroll-area__gutters\">\n<div class=\"ds-scroll-area__horizontal-gutter\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"ds-scroll-area__vertical-gutter\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<table>\n<thead>\n<tr>\n<th>Prohibited Method<\/th>\n<th>Description<\/th>\n<\/tr>\n<\/thead>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>Spam\/Unsolicited Commercial Email<\/strong><\/td>\n<td>Sending promotional emails without the recipient&#8217;s consent<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>SMS\/Text Message Spam<\/strong><\/td>\n<td>Unsolicited text messages promoting MyMahotsav<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>False or Misleading Advertising<\/strong><\/td>\n<td>Deceptive claims about products, services, or earnings<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>Impersonation<\/strong><\/td>\n<td>Pretending to be a MyMahotsav employee or representative<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>Brand Bidding on Search Engines<\/strong><\/td>\n<td>Bidding on MyMahotsav trademarked terms as keywords without permission<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>Domain Squatting<\/strong><\/td>\n<td>Registering domains containing &#8220;MyMahotsav&#8221; or our trademarks<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>Coupon\/Deal Site Abuse<\/strong><\/td>\n<td>Posting unauthorized coupons or misrepresenting deals<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>Incentivized Clicks<\/strong><\/td>\n<td>Offering rewards for clicking links<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>Pop-Ups\/Pop-Under<\/strong><\/td>\n<td>Aggressive or deceptive pop-up advertising<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>Adware\/Malware<\/strong><\/td>\n<td>Using software that interferes with user experience<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/div>\n<h3>3. BRAND AND TRADEMARK USAGE<\/h3>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>3.1<\/strong>\u00a0Affiliates may use MyMahotsav trademarks and logos solely as provided in Program Content and in accordance with these guidelines.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>3.2<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Permitted Uses<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Displaying banners and logos as provided<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Using our brand names in text links (e.g., &#8220;Check out Utsav Mandirs\u2122&#8221;)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Referring to MyMahotsav services in reviews and recommendations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>3.3<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Prohibited Uses<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Modifying our logos or trademarks<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Using our trademarks in a way that suggests endorsement or sponsorship<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Registering domain names that include our trademarks (e.g.,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/utsav-deals.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">utsav-deals.com<\/a>)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Using our trademarks in meta tags or hidden text<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Implying that you are an official partner or representative (unless separately authorized)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>3.4<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Identifying Yourself as an Affiliate<\/strong>: You must clearly and prominently state on your site or promotional materials: &#8220;As a Utsav Affiliates\u2122 partner, I may earn commissions from qualifying purchases&#8221; or a substantially similar statement.<\/p>\n<h3>4. CONTENT RESTRICTIONS<\/h3>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>4.1<\/strong>\u00a0Affiliates may not promote MyMahotsav services through websites or channels that contain:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Sexually explicit or adult content<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Violent or graphic material<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Content promoting illegal activities<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Defamatory or libelous material<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Infringing content (copyright, trademark)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>4.2<\/strong>\u00a0Affiliates may not create customer reviews that are edited or removed in exchange for compensation.<\/p>\n<h3>5. USE OF PROGRAM CONTENT<\/h3>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>5.1<\/strong>\u00a0MyMahotsav may provide Program Content including banners, text links, product feeds, and other promotional materials.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>5.2<\/strong>\u00a0Program Content may only be used as provided. Affiliates may not:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Modify Program Content without permission<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Use outdated or superseded materials<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Represent that Program Content is their own creation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>5.3<\/strong>\u00a0MyMahotsav may update or withdraw Program Content at any time. Affiliates must promptly replace or remove outdated materials.<\/p>\n<h3>6. SEARCH ENGINE MARKETING<\/h3>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>6.1<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Paid Search<\/strong>: Affiliates may not bid on keywords that include MyMahotsav trademarks (e.g., &#8220;Utsav Mandirs,&#8221; &#8220;MyMahotsav&#8221;) without express written permission.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>6.2<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Domain Names<\/strong>: Affiliates may not register domains that are confusingly similar to MyMahotsav brands.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>6.3<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Meta Tags<\/strong>: Affiliates may not use MyMahotsav trademarks in meta tags, title tags, or hidden text in ways that violate search engine guidelines.<\/p>\n<h3>7. SOCIAL MEDIA PROMOTION<\/h3>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>7.1<\/strong>\u00a0Affiliates promoting on social media must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Clearly disclose their affiliate relationship in each post (not just in their profile)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Comply with each platform&#8217;s terms of service<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Not create fake accounts or engagement<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>7.2<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Hashtags<\/strong>: Recommended disclosures include #ad, #affiliate, #sponsored, or similar clear indicators.<\/p>\n<h3>8. EMAIL MARKETING<\/h3>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>8.1<\/strong>\u00a0Affiliates using email marketing must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Have explicit consent from recipients (opt-in)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Provide clear unsubscribe mechanisms<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Identify themselves as the sender<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Comply with CAN-SPAM Act (US), CASL (Canada), GDPR (EU), and other applicable laws<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>8.2<\/strong>\u00a0Purchasing email lists or sending to recipients without consent is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n<h3>9.
