Several listings can share a similar name.<\/li>\n<li>If you want the stars changed as well as the words, say both. A change to the wording alone leaves the original rating in place.<\/li>\n<li>One review per ticket. The agent can then paste it straight in, which usually saves a round of questions.<\/div>\n<h2>Troubleshooting<\/h2>\n<h3>There is no Edit or Delete link under my review<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Cause:<\/strong> That is expected. Reviews on Utsav Listings are not editable by the member who wrote them &mdash; on a listing you do not own you will see only <strong>Reply<\/strong> and <strong>Report<\/strong>. <strong>Fix:<\/strong> Raise a Support Portal ticket using the steps above and the team will make the change for you. <strong>Escalate if:<\/strong> you are the <strong>owner<\/strong> of the listing the review sits on and the <strong>Edit<\/strong> link still does not appear on reviews left on your own page &mdash; say so in the ticket, as that is a different problem.<\/p>\n<h3>A sign-in box appears instead of the ticket form<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Cause:<\/strong> You are signed out, or the browser is holding an expired session. <strong>Fix:<\/strong> Sign in with the account that posted the review, then open the Support Portal again. Make sure it is the same account &mdash; a ticket raised from a second account cannot be matched to your review. <strong>Escalate if:<\/strong> you sign in successfully but the portal keeps returning you to the sign-in box.<\/p>\n<h3>The link opens the portal but I cannot see the form<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Cause:<\/strong> The Support Portal opens on your ticket list; the form only appears once you ask for it. <strong>Fix:<\/strong> Click <strong>+ Create a New Ticket<\/strong>. The <strong>Submit a Support Ticket<\/strong> panel with <strong>Subject<\/strong> and <strong>Ticket Details<\/strong> then opens on the same page. <strong>Escalate if:<\/strong> the button is there but nothing opens after two attempts and a refresh.<\/p>\n<h3>Create Ticket does nothing when I click it<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Cause:<\/strong> Usually an empty <strong>Subject<\/strong> or <strong>Ticket Details<\/strong>, or an attachment that has not finished uploading. <strong>Fix:<\/strong> Check both boxes have text, and check the file row reads <strong>Completed<\/strong>. If the file is over 20 MB or is not a photo, document, CSV, Zip or JSON file, remove it with the bin icon and send the ticket without it &mdash; you can add it to your reply afterwards. <strong>Escalate if:<\/strong> the button still does nothing with a filled subject, a filled description and no attachment.<\/p>\n<h2>FAQ<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Q: How do I edit my review?<\/strong><br \/>A: Through the Support Portal, not on the listing. Raise a ticket that names the listing and the review, and gives the exact wording and star rating you want, and an agent will update it for you.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Q: How do I delete a review I posted?<\/strong><br \/>A: The same way. There is no member-facing Delete control, so ask for the removal in a ticket &mdash; name the listing, quote the first line of the review, and say plainly that you want it taken down.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Q: Can I edit someone else&rsquo;s review?<\/strong><br \/>A: No. Nobody can change another member&rsquo;s words.
