If a sign-in box appears instead of the ticket form, you are not signed in &mdash; sign in and open the link again.<\/li>\n<li>There is no reviews list on your profile and no reviews entry in the menus. A review you wrote sits on the listing page it belongs to, under the <strong>Reviews<\/strong> tab &mdash; on many listings that tab is tucked behind the <strong>&bull;&bull;&bull;<\/strong> overflow button in the row of tabs.<\/li>\n<li>Have the listing to hand: its name and its web address. It makes the request much quicker to action.<\/li>\n<li>To reach the form: open <strong>Utsav Support&trade;<\/strong> from the apps bar at the top of the page, go to <strong>Support Portal<\/strong>, then choose <strong>+ Create a New Ticket<\/strong>. That link belongs to the person who owns the listing, not to the person who wrote the review &mdash; so it will not appear under your own review on someone else&rsquo;s page. This is why a support request is the route for members.<\/div>\n<h2>Step 1 &mdash; Find the review you want to change<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Open the listing you reviewed &mdash; the temple, business, purohit or organisation page.<\/li>\n<li>In the row of tabs on the listing, select <strong>Reviews<\/strong>. If you cannot see it, select the <strong>&bull;&bull;&bull;<\/strong> button at the end of the row and choose <strong>Reviews<\/strong> from there.<\/li>\n<li>Find your review and copy its exact wording, note the star rating you gave, and copy the listing&rsquo;s web address from your browser. You will paste these into the ticket.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Step 2 &mdash; Open the Support Portal and start a ticket<\/h2>\n<p>Go to the Support Portal and choose <strong>+ Create a New Ticket<\/strong>. The <strong>Submit a Support Ticket<\/strong> form opens with the <strong>Subject<\/strong> box ready, ringed in the picture below. Include:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The listing name and its web address.<\/li>\n<li>The review as you posted it &mdash; paste the wording, and say roughly when you wrote it.<\/li>\n<li>Exactly what you want: the corrected wording, the new star rating, or a clear request to remove the review altogether.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>While you type, the portal may show a short list of suggested guides. Under <strong>Add Attachment<\/strong>, select <strong>Browse Files<\/strong> and choose your file. Photos, CSV, PDF and document files, Zip and JSON are accepted, up to 20&nbsp;MB. Nothing else is asked of you on this screen.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Select <strong>Back to All Tickets<\/strong> to see your new ticket in the list and to check its status.<\/li>\n<li>Watch for the reply. A request written that way can usually be actioned without anyone coming back to you.<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Because there is no reviews list to browse, keep your own trail &mdash; bookmark the listings you review, or note them down as you go.<\/li>\n<li>Say plainly whether you want an <em>edit<\/em> or a <em>deletion<\/em>. &ldquo;Please remove my review&rdquo; and &ldquo;please fix a typo in my review&rdquo; are very different requests.<\/li>\n<li>If your review has been replied to by the listing owner, mention that too, so the team can see the conversation your change affects.<\/li>\n<li>Reporting is a different job. Once it has gone, you have no copy of what you wrote &mdash; handy if you later decide to post a revised review instead.<\/div>\n<h2>Troubleshooting<\/h2>\n<h3>A sign-in box appears instead of the ticket form<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Cause:<\/strong> the Support Portal only opens the ticket form for a signed-in member, and your session has ended. <strong>Fix:<\/strong> sign in with the account that wrote the review, then open the Support Portal again and choose <strong>+ Create a New Ticket<\/strong>. <strong>Escalate if:<\/strong> you are signed in &mdash; your name shows at the top right &mdash; and the form still refuses to open.<\/p>\n<h3>I cannot find the review I wrote<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Cause:<\/strong> reviews are not collected anywhere on your profile or in the menus; each one stays on the listing it was written for, and the <strong>Reviews<\/strong> tab is often hidden behind the <strong>&bull;&bull;&bull;<\/strong> overflow button. <strong>Fix:<\/strong> open the listing, select <strong>&bull;&bull;&bull;<\/strong> and then <strong>Reviews<\/strong>. If you cannot remember which listing it was, check your browser history for pages you visited around that date. <strong>Escalate if:<\/strong> you can reach the listing but your review is not there at all &mdash; it may have been removed, and support can tell you what happened.<\/p>\n<h3>Other reviews show an Edit link, mine does not<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Cause:<\/strong> that <strong>Edit<\/strong> link is shown to the member who owns the listing, not to the member who wrote the review, so it will not appear under your own review on another member&rsquo;s page. <strong>Fix:<\/strong> use the Support Portal request in the steps above &mdash; it is the member route for editing or deleting your own review. <strong>Escalate if:<\/strong> you own the listing, the <strong>Edit<\/strong> link is there, and saving your change fails.<\/p>\n<h3>I selected Create Ticket and the form just disappeared<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Cause:<\/strong> that is the expected behaviour &mdash; the form clears once the ticket has been created. <strong>Fix:<\/strong> select <strong>Back to All Tickets<\/strong> and check the list; your ticket will be there. Do not fill the form in again, or the team will receive the same request twice. <strong>Escalate if:<\/strong> the ticket list does not show your request after a refresh.<\/p>\n<h2>FAQ<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Q: Where do I see reviews I have written?<\/strong><br \/>A: On the listings themselves. MyMahotsav has no &ldquo;my reviews&rdquo; screen and no review history page, so open the listing you reviewed and look under its <strong>Reviews<\/strong> tab, behind the <strong>&bull;&bull;&bull;<\/strong> button if you cannot see it in the tab row.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Q: How do I edit a review I posted?<\/strong><br \/>A: Ask the support team.
