You need to be signed in as the owner of the listing: only the owner can open its edit wizard.<\/div>\n<h2>Quick answer<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Open your own listing, select <strong>Edit<\/strong> in the orange Listings Dashboard panel, and work through the edit wizard to its fifth stage, <strong>Linked Details<\/strong>. The field called <strong>Link: Crowdfunding Campaigns<\/strong> is where you attach an active Utsav Daan campaign, and where you clear one that is no longer relevant. If a sign-in box appears instead of your listing&rsquo;s controls, you are not signed in.<\/li>\n<li>You must be the <strong>owner<\/strong> of the listing. On someone else&rsquo;s listing you will see a claim prompt instead of the owner buttons.<\/li>\n<li>Go to your own listing page. The quickest routes are the profile dropdown in the header, or the <strong>My Listings<\/strong> menu inside the orange <strong>Listings Dashboard<\/strong> panel that appears on the right of your listing. The listing used throughout this walkthrough is <a href=\"https:\/\/mymahotsav.com\/temples\/qweqeqwe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/mymahotsav.com\/temples\/qweqeqwe\/<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Have the campaign ready. You can only link a campaign that already exists and is running &mdash; linking does not create one. If you still need to raise the appeal, start it first; that is a separate job with its own guide.<\/li>\n<li>Set aside a few minutes. The campaign field sits on the fifth stage of a seven-stage wizard, so you pass through the earlier stages to reach it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Step 1 &mdash; Open your own listing and find the Listings Dashboard<\/h2>\n<p>Open your listing while signed in as its owner. On the right of the page you will see the orange <strong>Listings Dashboard<\/strong> panel, ringed in the picture. Leave the name as it is &mdash; you are not renaming the listing. <strong>Category<\/strong> is required and must not be left empty: if it is blank, <strong>Next<\/strong> will not take you any further, and you will never reach the Linked Details stage. The stage bar is unchanged, so <strong>Linked Details<\/strong> is still the fifth stop. This is the screen you should be on when you manage campaigns &mdash; if the heading says Add Temple, you have started a new listing by mistake. Two choices: carry on and the earlier edits come with you, or select <strong>click here<\/strong> in the banner to drop that draft and start from your listing&rsquo;s saved content. This is the whole of campaign management on a listing.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Select the <strong>Link: Crowdfunding Campaigns<\/strong> field to open the campaign picker.<\/li>\n<li>Search for your Utsav Daan campaign by name and choose it from the results.<\/li>\n<li>To show more than one appeal, add each campaign to the same field.<\/li>\n<li>To remove one, clear it from the field &mdash; see &ldquo;Unlink a campaign&rdquo; below.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div style=\"background:#fff6f1;border-left:4px solid #e0592b;border-radius:8px;padding:14px 18px;margin:22px 0;line-height:1.6;\">&#128161; <strong>Tip<\/strong><br \/>Search by the campaign&rsquo;s exact name. Appeals that have ended or been removed can still appear in search results, so check you have picked the live one &mdash; a stale campaign is the usual reason a support block looks empty on the listing afterwards.<\/div>\n<h2>Step 12 &mdash; Save the listing so the link goes live<\/h2>\n<p>Carry on through the remaining stages and save the listing at the end. The link is not applied until the listing is saved. Once it is, the campaign appears on your listing page as a support block, so visitors can donate without leaving your page. Open your listing in a new tab and check the block is there and points at the right appeal.<\/p>\n<p>If your listing shows <strong>Awaiting review<\/strong> after saving, the edit is queued for the team to approve. The linked campaign appears once the listing is published again.<\/p>\n<h2>See the total donations raised<\/h2>\n<p>You do not read donation figures from the edit wizard &mdash; the wizard only holds the link. Each linked campaign carries its own running total, shown by the campaign itself:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Open your listing page and find the support block for the campaign. The block shows the campaign as it stands, including how far it has come towards its goal.<\/li>\n<li>Select the campaign to open its own page for the fuller picture &mdash; the amount raised and the appeal&rsquo;s progress.<\/li>\n<li>If you have linked more than one appeal, each carries its own figure. Read them per campaign and add them up for a combined view.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Unlink a campaign that is no longer relevant<\/h2>\n<p>When an appeal has finished, or you linked the wrong one, take it off the listing the same way you added it:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Open your listing and select <strong>Edit<\/strong> in the Listings Dashboard panel.<\/li>\n<li>Work through to the <strong>Linked Details<\/strong> stage.<\/li>\n<li>In <strong>Link: Crowdfunding Campaigns<\/strong>, remove the campaign you no longer want &mdash; clear that entry and leave any others in place.<\/li>\n<li>Save the listing. The support block disappears from your listing page.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Unlinking only removes the campaign from your listing. The campaign itself, its donations and its own page are untouched, so you can link it again later or leave it running on its own.<\/p>\n<h2>Tips and best practices<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Link an appeal that is genuinely running. A finished campaign on a live listing invites donations towards something that has closed.<\/li>\n<li>Give the campaign a name people will recognise from your listing &mdash; &ldquo;Annadanam kitchen appeal&rdquo; reads better on a temple page than a bare fund number.<\/li>\n<li>Mention the appeal in your listing description as well as linking it. The description is what most visitors read first.<\/li>\n<li>Review your linked campaigns at the end of each festival season and clear what has closed.<\/li>\n<li>Linking never creates a campaign. If nothing comes up in the picker, the appeal has not been raised yet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"background:#eef8f0;border-left:4px solid #2e9e5b;border-radius:8px;padding:14px 18px;margin:22px 0;line-height:1.6;\">&#127919; <strong>Best practice<\/strong><br \/>Keep one clear appeal on a listing at a time wherever you can. Several live campaigns on one page split donors&rsquo; attention and make it harder to see which one still needs support. Where you do run more than one, link them in the order of urgency and unlink each as it closes.<\/div>\n<h2>Troubleshooting<\/h2>\n<h3>Next will not move me past the name and category stage<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Cause:<\/strong> a required field is empty &mdash; almost always <strong>Category<\/strong> or <strong>Default Category<\/strong>. The wizard blocks there, so you never reach Linked Details.<br \/><strong>Fix:<\/strong> scroll back up the stage and look for the field marked with a red asterisk.
