This is the tab you want.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Settings<\/strong> &mdash; the remaining group options.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Click <strong>Learners<\/strong>. You will see a <strong>Select learners<\/strong> box already holding the members currently enrolled, each shown as its own removable tag, and a separate <strong>Group Leader<\/strong> dropdown underneath for assigning who runs the group.<\/p>\n<h2>Step 4 &mdash; Bulk-enrol your team<\/h2>\n<p>The <strong>Select learners<\/strong> box takes as many people as you need, so a whole team goes in during a single visit rather than one enrolment at a time.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Click inside the <strong>Select learners<\/strong> box.<\/li>\n<li>Start typing a member&rsquo;s name or email address. Matching accounts appear as you type.<\/li>\n<li>Click a name to add it. It becomes a tag in the box alongside the people already there.<\/li>\n<li>Repeat for every member of your team &mdash; keep going until all the tags are present. Nothing is saved yet, so add the whole list before moving on.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Everyone you add is enrolled on the courses attached to the group under <strong>Access options<\/strong>, which is what makes this a bulk enrolment rather than a plain list of names.<\/p>\n<h2>Step 5 &mdash; Add or remove individual learners later<\/h2>\n<p>The same box handles day-to-day membership changes, so you do not need a different screen when one person joins or leaves.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>To add someone:<\/strong> type their name into <strong>Select learners<\/strong> and click their entry, exactly as in Step 4.<\/li>\n<li><strong>To remove someone:<\/strong> click the small &times; on that person&rsquo;s tag. If you only want to pause someone rather than remove them, speak to support first &mdash; taking a tag out and putting it back is not the same as never having removed it.<\/div>\n<h2>Step 6 &mdash; Save with Update<\/h2>\n<p>Nothing you have changed is live until you save. Click <strong>Update<\/strong> at the top of the group editor. Adding people, removing people and changing the <strong>Group Leader<\/strong> dropdown are all saved by this one button, so a single <strong>Update<\/strong> commits the whole set of changes at once.<\/p>\n<p>Do not navigate away or close the tab before you press it &mdash; because the editor works in place, leaving early discards your edits silently rather than warning you.<\/p>\n<h2>Step 7 &mdash; Check the roster took<\/h2>\n<p>Go back to the <strong>Group<\/strong> tab and look at your group&rsquo;s card. Open the group again and check whether your tags are still in the box before redoing the work.<\/p>\n<h2>Where to see how your team is progressing<\/h2>\n<p>There is no separate group report screen in this panel, so it is worth knowing where the two levels of detail actually live:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>The headline number<\/strong> is on the group card itself &mdash; how many courses are attached and how many learners are enrolled. That is your at-a-glance check that the right people are in the right group.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Per-learner progress<\/strong> is in <strong>Course Reports<\/strong> in the same left sidebar. That screen is organised by course rather than by group, so open the course your group is enrolled on and read down the learner rows to see how each member is getting on. It is read-only &mdash; a view of progress, not a place to change enrolments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Because <strong>Course Reports<\/strong> is course-shaped rather than group-shaped, it will also show learners who joined that course outside your group. Every tag you place is saved by the same <strong>Update<\/strong>, so a single visit is both faster and less error-prone than repeated small edits.<\/li>\n<li>Check <strong>Access options<\/strong> before you bulk-enrol. The box only matches people who already have a MyMahotsav account, so the usual reason someone &ldquo;cannot be added&rdquo; is that they have not registered yet &mdash; and that is much easier to spot against a list than from memory.<\/div>\n<h2>Troubleshooting<\/h2>\n<h3>The Instructor Dashboard sends me back to the home page<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Cause:<\/strong> Leading a group and having access to the Instructor Dashboard are two different permissions. An account that has only been made a group leader, without teaching access, is redirected away from this panel rather than shown an error. <strong>Fix:<\/strong> Confirm you are signed in as the account that was given the group. If you are, the account is missing the teaching access the panel requires &mdash; it cannot be granted from the front end. <strong>Escalate if:<\/strong> you are signed in as the right account and still land on the home page &mdash; raise a ticket in the Support Portal asking for Instructor Dashboard access to be added to your account.<\/p>\n<h3>My group is not in the list<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Cause:<\/strong> The Groups screen is filtered, or the group is under a different owner. <strong>Fix:<\/strong> Click <strong>All<\/strong> above the cards to clear any filter, then check the <strong>Group leader<\/strong> and <strong>Mine<\/strong> tabs &mdash; a group you lead but do not own appears under <strong>Group leader<\/strong>, not <strong>Mine<\/strong>.
