Here's a recipe for a classic Indian tea, commonly known as "Masala Chai"

In a saucepan, add water and bring it to a boil.
Add the crushed cardamom pods, grated ginger, cloves, cinnamon stick, and black pepper (if using) to the boiling water. Let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes to infuse the flavors.
Add the tea leaves or tea bags to the saucepan. Let it simmer for another 2 minutes.
Pour in the milk and stir well. Simmer for 4-5 minutes, allowing the tea to develop a rich color.
Add sugar according to your taste and stir until it dissolves completely.
Strain the tea into cups or a teapot using a fine mesh strainer.
Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Indian Masala Chai!
