
Cooking Process Heat oil and butter in a pan on medium flame. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until raw smell disappears. Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates. Add all powdered spices and mix well. Add cashews and cook for 3–4 minutes. Let mixture cool slightly and blend into smooth paste. Return paste to pan and add water to adjust consistency. Add paneer cubes and simmer for 5–7 minutes. Add cream, garam masala, and crushed kasuri methi. Cook for 2 minutes and turn off heat. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
