Performs as described
I use a laptop every day. I love how quickly it starts up. The only thing I dislike is that the volume, even at 100% is too low to hear well. I ended up getting an external speaker to be able to hear properly.
We like the look and feel of this laptop. Backlit keyboard is very nice; the sleek design is lightweight but feels solid.It will not load a webpage in a sufficient amount of time. Basic websites. Gaming is a no-go and live video via Zoom, Facebook Live, etc… is not able to be handled by the guts of the computer.Great look and feel, very low speed/processing.
We’ve had nothing but problems with this computer. First the sound didn’t work, then the power port quit working. The computer has already been replaced once and now we are having trouble with the new one.
