Wish Iâd gone refurbished sooner
Obviously refurbished, however not that youâd notice, performs as expected right out of the box, excellent customer service and 12 month warranty with windows 10 pro, and bullguard security 12 months included. Working flawlessly and whisper quiet 𤫠a satisfied customer.
The robustness
The computer is great but I will say that as I am a prime member is should have been delivered the next day but the carriers sent it to the other end of the country, hence it was delivered another day after the expected.The appearance is virtually as new the only problem I have with the computer is that there seems to be no confirmation that the capital lock is on. The problem there is when we have to go enter passwords which are blanked out.

Modello robusto e stabile, di ottime prestazioni e di peso accettabile. Questo è i lterzo Elitebook 840 che compro: ricondizionato, praticamente nuovo, a prezzo ottimo. All’avvio bisogna eseguire l’installazione di Windows 10 (pro), disponibili lingua inglese e spagnola, ma quella inglese andava in crash quindi ho dovuto installare in spagnolo e poi fare il cambio di lingua: potrebbe essere un problema per i meno esperti. Tastiera inglese senza illuminazione, sostituita con una compatibile italiana retroilluminata, comprata con 20 euro.

El portátil está perfectamente conservado tanto exterior como interiormente, funcionando conforme a lo esperado, teclado en español, teclas sin fallo, ningún signo de uso, y software instalado con w10 conforme a lo publicado. Todo correcto.
Bad Laptop
The laptop worked for only 3 months and has since stopped working. i am told the mother board needs replacement. I would rather buy new one than spend money on fixing this. This is clearly a bad product that shuld not have been sold to the public. I live and work in Sierra Leone so difficult to return this item.

Glitchy and basically stopped working completely after 3 months
Really not happy with this product. I thought about returning it immediately as various features never worked – but didnât as needed it urgently for work. Thatâs been a mistake. It was never great. Itâs now unusable.
Great quality and next day delivery
The laptop was bought for my daughter starting Uni. Next day delivery, packaging superb and most importantly the product is as described. Great quality.
Inbuilt camera not working, it says no cameras are attached. Looks and feels very old, the machine is slow, the exterior and logo has faded out, the keyboard is clunky, not at all worth the price paid!
