Hi, I did not realize that this was an early generation, and I wanted at least a 6th generation laptop. Think this model from Amazon is a 3rd or 4th generation, and Lenovo is no longer carrying this particular Gen beyond this year. I did buy a 7th Gen and very happy with it so far.
