Tickets will be sent via email within 24 hours of placing the order.
Refund Policy:
• In case of event disruption (due to adverse weather, government restrictions, or venue health and safety concerns), AIC will make every effort to issue a full refund, subject to event disruption insurance coverage.
• If your plans change, AIC remains flexible. However, due to commitments to caterers and other expenses, no refunds will be made within the last 14 days before the event.
• No refunds will be provided after midnight, 2nd November 2024.
• If you still need to change your plans, you are welcome to transfer, pass, or sell your tickets to other guests. AIC will honor all transferable tickets.
