Classes at the 1909 Culinary Academy combine a hands-on cooking experience with delicious tasting experiences.
We LOVE Authentic Indian food and we can’t wait for Chef Josh to lead us through this class of discovery. We’re tweaking the menu, but know it will include Naan Bread, Pakora, Samosas, and all the chutneys that make these our favourite dishes. Will we make Butter Chicken or will we get more adventurous?
