Asana and pranayama will have you strengthening your roots, “weeding” your energy field, and feeling empowered in the light of the sun as you grow and bloom into the most authentic version of yourself. More than movement, you will be pampered with aromatherapy, energy clearing through sound and reiki, and brief oracle readings and meditations celebrating the beauty and balance in nature.
Beginner to advanced yogis are welcome.
