Children’s Festival 2023 – Craft Activities (10AM – 4PM slots)

Allow your imagination to run wild with nature-themed craft activities at Children’s Festival at Gardens by the Bay, 10-25 Jun!
Fan Art Craft
Beat the heat with a handheld fan that you can assemble and decorate with your favourite colours!
Activity fee: Free
Leaf Art Crafts
Arrange leaves of varying shapes and add some drawings to form your favourite animal or insect!
Activity fee: Free
Shrink Art Crafts
Colour a creature template of your choice and bake to shrink it into a cute keychain! Limited slots available.
Activity fee: Free
Straw Hat DIY (fees apply)
Stay cool in style with your very own personalised straw hat. Paint, stick on cut-out shapes, and even write your name on the hat!
Activity fee: $6
Drum Colouring (fees apply)
Design and colour a fun little drum and start making some beats!
Activity fee: $5
BOOKING INFORMATION
- Booking of activity slot is required. Slots are available on a first-come-first-served basis.
- Please make sure to only book one type of activity per 15 minute slot. Booking of duplicate or overlapping activities may result in forfeiting of slots.
- One slot is for one child. Please book another slots for any additional participants.
- Please be at the craft area 5 minutes before your booking slot.
- Participants who arrive past their timeslot will forfeit their slot to others in the queue.
- Onsite registrations are available subject to availability of slots. Participants are encouraged to book a slot in advance to avoid disappointment and ensure a smooth visit.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Each craft session is 15 minutes.
- All activity materials will be provided.
- Participants will be able to bring their own creation home.
- The activities are suitable for ages 4-12. Children below 7 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

ACTIVITY FEE (where applicable):
- Fees apply for Straw Hat DIY and Drum Colouring activities. Upon successful booking of your slot, please make payment at the ‘Workshop Registration & Game Tokens’ booth onsite before your session.
- Onsite payment only.
- Payment onsite to be made via cash or PayNow.
- Fee is inclusive of activity materials.
- All fees once paid are non-refundable.

- Discounted rates are only applicable for valid Friends of the Gardens members.
- Membership privileges (e.g. fee discounts) are exclusive to valid members only and non-transferrable.

- Members are required to present their Friends of the Gardens membership card during onsite payment to enjoy the discount.
- When you attend this event, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to such recording media and its release, publication, exhibition or reproduction.
- The Organiser reserves the right to amend any programme without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
