The ticket would be sent as an email within 24 hours of the order being placed for the purchase of the ticket.
Refund Rules:
- On the occasion of event disruption, the event not taking place due to adverse weather, govt restrictions, venue health and safety, AIC would make all attempts to make a full refund of the ticket price. Details are as per the event disruption insurance cover.
- Your plan may change and AIC would like to remain as flexible as possible, but as AIC would be incurring the cost of caterer and other expenses, no refund would be made in the last 5 days before the event start date. No refund of tickets is given after 12th Nov, midnight. If you still need to amend your plans, you can transfer, pass, or sell your tickets to willing guests and AIC would like to honour the tickets as transferable.
