There’s astounding complexity in the flavour profiles of Indian dishes, covering a full spectrum with spicy, sour, sweet and sometimes bitter notes. An addictive combination of fresh mint, cilantro, green chillies, and garlic freshened with a squeeze of lemon juice for a vibrant green chutney.
