What’s on the Menu?
- Fafda & Jalebi: Chickpea flour fried into crunchy strips and eaten with golden sweet jalebi’s – a delicious sweet and savory combination!
- Zucchini Flower Pakora – Tender zucchini flowers stuffed with homemade cheese (paneer), potato, and freshly ground spices. Served with ‘khatti meethi’ chutney – made from dates and tamarind.
- Peanut Masala Baingan, Pyaaz & Aloo – Stuffed whole miniature eggplant, potatoes, and red onions with crushed peanuts, garlic, spices, and fresh coriander.
- Kala Chana Blueberry Pulao – Mildly Spiced black chickpeas and fragrant rice with dates, blueberries, and saffron.
- Dal Tadka – Homestyle lentils tempered with garlic and curry leaves.
- Phulka – Freshly cooked Indian Flatbread made with wholewheat flour.
- Falooda – Ice cream, crushed ice, basil seeds,vermicelli & homemade rose syrup topped with fresh organic milk.
- Masala Chai – Black tea with milk and simmered with ginger and spices – not chai tea!
