About our regular MBS teachers:

Diana

Diana started her professional athletic journey at the age of 6 and ever since her dedication to body practice and healthy nutrition is her work and her passion. She has been teaching for over 20 years as a Holistic Fitness Trainer, Yoga Teacher and Health & Wellness Coach. She learned the traditional way of yoga, meditation, and holistic healing from some of the world’s greatest yogis and healers, while she has been living in Thailand, India and China. She thoughtfully integrates meditation, breath-work, mindfulness and inspired living in the classes she conducts so you can create a deeper connection to yourself & everything you care about.

Felicia

Felicia’s yoga journey kick started her quest to shed the layers and return to true self. Trained with lululemon’s yoga leadership teacher training in 2019, she shares a vinyasa practice that connects your mind and body through the power of breath and movement. Get on a journey of self discovery as we get sweaty on the mat.

Ashita

Ashita’s first real encounter with yoga was in 2017, at a yoga studio in Canada. After her first class, she was amazed by how calm and energized she could feel at the same time. As an Indian, she found it ironic that it took a journey halfway across the world to discover her passion for yoga. Since then, the curiosity has only cultivated further and led Ashita to complete her yoga teacher training certification in Vinyasa Flow in 2021. She now hopes to share the benefits of the practice that has been instrumental in shaping her life on and off the mat.
