Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of organic search strategies to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions on clients’ websites.
Stay current with industry trends and leverage best-in-class tools and software.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Drive innovation through testing new strategies and closely collaborating with paid media teams.
Oversee the performance of SEO campaigns and ensure adherence to best practices.
Manage hands-on execution of SEO tasks and delegate sub-tasks within the team.
Regularly conduct detailed data analyses, audits, and optimize campaigns based on findings.
Report key metrics and campaign performance to the Performance Marketing Director and clients.
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in SEO – experienced in both execution and strategy.
Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
Attention to detail and commitment to performance optimization.
Analysis of complex marketing and web data.
Forecasting and planning ability.
Organized yet flexible, able to prioritize own and others’ workload to meet agreed deadlines.
Exceptional technical SEO skills, including but not limited to, managing website health, Core Web Vitals, hreflang tag usage, website speed, and structured data.
Strong understanding of Content Marketing and PPC, and how they interact with and complement SEO.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
Advanced knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar, or equivalents2.
