-Great laptop.
Only downside is that this model doesn’t have in-built Bluetooth. – Which was my mistake, assuming that it did, but a low-profile BT USB dongle soon sorted that out. – Otherwise, it’s a joy to use, was in first class condition. Battery life wasn’t 100% – however I didn’t expect a refurb laptop to be in as-new- condition. – Everything works fine, it’s fast and does everything I need. I haven’t tried it with games or resource heavy apps, however, surfing the ‘net and streaming and editing documents are a breeze. Decent speakers too for listening to music and podcasts while I work. – Nice-1.
2nd of 2 laptops from Ayoo to fail within 2 weeks
This was my 2nd laptop from Ayoo. The first failed within 2 weeks. This one also Crashed within 2 weeks it with no way of booting it and extracting a weeks worth of data. Amazon instructed me to return it to try to secure the lost data. Ayoo returned it but by then I had bought a separate laptop from another vendor which has been fine. Ayoo tried to blame me for the fault initially then refused to pay for return postage. I will never buy a laptop from Ayoo or from Amazon again.
Very good condition and economical
Prompt delivery, good, clean condition. No signs of previous use. An economical way to get a very capable laptop. My only gripe is that I had not seen any mention of US keyboard. Bit of a pain but purchased some stickers for the offending keys and donât really notice them no.

Not the best
Screen freezes when battery is low,sound disappears and comes back not the best,i need this laptop for work,not very happy
Inadequate for my business
The laptop was not in working order. I sent it back and they reloaded the windows software and returned it to me. I then discovered it had a non standard keyboard and was missing the @ key. I have returned it again and am awaiting a full refund. It is of no use for my business.

i am surprised with the Quality of this laptop
Such a good refurbishment it is like new
I initially hesitated to purchase a refurbished computer, but so glad I did. MicroDream have done a wondeful job, it is like a new computer, but I saved hundreds. Highly recommended!
Excellent laptop
Good processing power. More than suitable for everyday use. Not tried for gaming, but should be adequate
