Key pads are not working
Please don’t go for these product I brought 2 hp laptop from amazone the first ones f1 to f10 keys was not working then I returned it for that I spent £ 8. Then I buy this laptop this was amazing but some keys are not working in that, so if you plan for a laptop please go for the new one.
Scratches
Had some scratches at the bottom
Not so much the Laptop ….
Basically beware, the supplier doesn’t check laptop batteries before sending. Laptop arrived and within 2 days i was getting replace battery messages. As this is a supplier to Amazon I had to speak with them directly Amazon didn’t want to be involved. So supplier offered to send me a battery and i fit it myself? When i countered asking for them honour the guarantee they declined, unsurprisingly. So I had to pack up the laptop and send it back for a new battery to be fitted. So when Amazon say they have been checked and the battery is over 80% don’t believe it.Otherwise laptop seems okay although I have only just got it back.
Any concerns I had prior to purchase are gone
Fast delivery, laptop in perfect condition and super well packaged. Now to learn how to use it
Faulty product
Worst product. Faulty charger and charging port is not working.They have sent the product without checking.
Battery
Battery time is poor. Does not keep charge for a long time
