Full Day Simple Indian Cookery Course

Learn to cook a fabulous Indian home style feast from scratch with lots of tips from an award winning food writer and chef

We meet outside Hounslow West tube at 10.30 am .

This practical hands on cooking course will teach you about spices, how to buy, use and store them and how to use them in a variety of dishes such as Pulao Rice, Chicken Masala Curry, Aloo Gobi, Tarka Dal, Onion Bhajias and  Cucumber Raita.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

The course is open to over 18 year olds.

 

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

The Piccadilly Line serves Hounslow West which is 35 minutes away from Central London.

 

What can/can’t I bring to the event?

Everything you need will be provided.

No, as we will be taking into account any food intolerances/allergies of participants

If you cancel over 2 weeks before the start of the course you can choose an alternative date or course of an equivalent value. If you cancel within 2 weeks of the course, no transfers are permitted and you will forfeit your place.
