Dharm Talks is an open forum created to explore the meaning of dharm in everyday life. Rooted in Indian philosophical thought yet relevant to the modern world, these discussions invite participants to reflect on values such as duty, responsibility, compassion, and inner alignment.
The forum encourages respectful dialogue across perspectives. Rather than offering fixed answers, Dharm Talks focuses on thoughtful inquiry — how dharm applies to personal choices, relationships, work, society, and moments of moral conflict. Participants are welcome to share lived experiences, insights from scriptures, cultural traditions, or personal reflection.
Dharm Talks is not a debate platform, but a space for listening, learning, and collective understanding. Whether you are deeply familiar with spiritual texts or simply curious about ethical living, the forum offers a welcoming environment to pause, reflect, and engage meaningfully.

<b data-start=”206″ data-end=”267″>Shiva Bhakti: A Path of Stillness, Strength, and Surrender
Shiva bhakti is not merely devotion to a form — it is devotion to a state of being. Shiva represents stillness amidst chaos, awareness beyond thought, and freedom beyond identity. To walk the path of Shiva bhakti is to turn inward, toward silence, truth, and transformation.
This forum is created as a space for seekers, devotees, and curious minds to come together and reflect on what Shiva means in their lives. For some, Shiva is the ascetic yogi seated in meditation; for others, the cosmic dancer who dissolves and recreates worlds. In every form, Shiva invites us to let go — of ego, of fear, of illusion — and rest in awareness.
Shiva bhakti is deeply personal. It may express itself through mantra chanting, meditation, self-inquiry, music, stories, or quiet reverence. It does not demand perfection or constant ritual, but sincerity. Even moments of doubt, struggle, and silence are part of the path, for Shiva is present not only in devotion, but in dissolution.
Shravan month is the fifth month of the Hindu Calendar and is also known as Sawan. On Purnima or full Moon day, Shravan nakshatra rules the Sky, thus, the month is called Shravan. Shravan month is famous for multiple religious festivals such as Nag-Panchami, Rakshabandhan, Rishi Panchmi, etc. Thus, hereby, almost every day of Shravan month becomes auspicious due to different religious works or festivals.
The auspicious month of Shravan or Sawan – is the fifth month in the Hindu calendar and is considered to be a sacred one. In entire west India, especially in Gujarat and Maharashtra most of the Hindus fast for the entire month or on specific days of the week. Shravan is in its full swing and with it comes the responsibility of cooking something which is salt-free, sans onion and garlic yet appetizing and healthy. Too much to ask for? Do not fret; We have come to your rescue with this group. Share delicious recipes with the community.
