There should be feature if the user is updating or uploading their new profile another user is not able to see that profile picture. Also, while messaging to my friend both the chats are on left hand side, instead of that if the user is talking to the another user if their chat would be on right hand side and one with whom that user is chatting would be on left hand side , that would be easier for both the user to understand the whole criteria of it.
