PART A: PLAIN ENGLISH SUMMARY #

Your Rights and Responsibilities When Buying Tickets #

When you purchase tickets through Utsav Pass™, you’re entering into two relationships: one with the Event Organizer (for the event itself) and one with Utsav Pass™ (for the ticketing service).

What You Need to Know #

  • You’re buying from the Organizer: Your ticket contract is with the event organizer, not Utsav Pass™.

  • Read the event details carefully: Check dates, times, venue, age restrictions, and cancellation policy before buying.

  • Tickets are generally non-refundable: Unless the organizer’s policy says otherwise or the event is cancelled .

  • Your ticket is valuable: Don’t share your barcode—it’s like cash.

  • Behave at events: Organizers can remove you for bad behavior, and you won’t get a refund.

  • We protect your data: Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

1. CONTRACT FORMATION #

1.1 When you purchase a ticket through Utsav Pass™, you enter into two separate agreements:

  • (a) An agreement with the Event Organizer for the right to attend the event, governed by the Organizer’s terms and cancellation policy .
