1. Prohibited Content and Behavior #

1.1 Illegal Content #

The following content is strictly prohibited and will be removed immediately, with accounts reported to authorities where required:

2. Content Moderation Framework #

2.1 Moderation Methods #

Utsav World™ employs a hybrid approach to content moderation:

2.2 Enforcement Actions #

When content violates these Guidelines, Utsav World™ may take the following actions:

2.3 Strike System #

Utsav World™ operates a graduated strike system :

2nd Strike 1-day posting restriction
3rd Strike 7-day posting restriction
4th Strike 30-day account suspension
5th Strike Permanent account termination

Severe Violations: For extreme violations (CSAM, terrorism, credible threats), accounts may be terminated immediately without prior strikes.

3. User Reporting #

3.1 Users may report content or accounts that violate these Guidelines through:

  • The “Report” button on any content or profile

  • Email: abuse@utsavworld.com

  • Grievance Officer contact (for India users)

3.2 When reporting, please provide:

  • URL or location of content

  • Description of violation

  • Any supporting evidence

3.3 Utsav World™ will review reports and take action within:

  • 24 hours for emergency/illegal content

  • 72 hours for standard violations

  • 7 days for complex cases

4. Appeals Process #

4.1 If your content is removed or your account is restricted, you have the right to appeal .

4.2 Appeals may be submitted through:

  • The notification you received

  • appeals@utsavworld.com

4.3 Your appeal should include:

  • Your account information

  • The action you’re appealing

  • Why you believe the action was incorrect

4.4 Appeals will be reviewed by human moderators. Decisions will be communicated within 7 days.

5. Transparency #

5.1 Utsav World™ publishes quarterly transparency reports including:

  • Volume of content removed

  • Number of account actions

  • Government requests received

  • Appeal outcomes

5.2 This commitment aligns with emerging regulatory requirements under the EU Digital Services Act and India IT Rules, 2021 .
