5. Consequences of Violations #
5.1 Depending on severity and frequency, consequences may include:

5.2 Severe violations (threats, hate speech, harassment) may result in immediate suspension without warning.
5.3 Utsav World™ may report serious violations to law enforcement.
6. Reporting Violations #
6.1 To report a Code of Conduct violation:

6.2 When reporting, include:

7. Appeals #
7.1 If you believe action was taken against you in error, you may appeal:

7.2 Appeals will be reviewed by human moderators within 7 days.
8. Community Moderation #
8.1 Group admins and moderators may enforce this Code within their communities.
8.2 Platform moderators may override community moderation decisions.
8.3 Utsav World™ provides training and support for community moderators.

India Addendum #
IT Rules, 2021 : Significant social media intermediaries must appoint a Chief Compliance Officer, Nodal Contact Person, and Grievance Officer.
UK Addendum #
Equality Act 2010: Harassment based on protected characteristics may violate UK law.
EU Addendum #
Charter of Fundamental Rights: Respect for human dignity, non-discrimination.
