What If We Made a Mistake? #

Nobody’s perfect—including our moderation team. If you believe we took action on your content or account by mistake, you have the right to appeal. This policy explains how.

The Simple Truth #

  • You can appeal most decisions: Content removal, account suspension, and other restrictions can be appealed.

  • Human review: Appeals are reviewed by a different person than the one who made the original decision.

  • Timelines matter: Submit your appeal within the specified window (usually 30 days).

  • Explain clearly: Tell us why you think the decision was wrong and provide evidence.

  • Final decisions: Some decisions (especially legal/illegal content) may be final after appeal.
