This agreement applies when you purchase premium features for your Utsav Listings™ business Listing.
The Simple Truth #

You’re buying enhanced visibility: Premium features help you stand out.

Clear pricing: All fees are disclosed before purchase.

No guarantees: Premium placement doesn’t guarantee sales or customers.

Billing is recurring unless you cancel: Monthly/Annual plans auto-renew.

Refunds are limited: Generally, we don’t refund fees for services already delivered.
Part B: Legal Terms and Conditions #
1. Premium Features Overview #
1.1 Premium features may include:

2.3 Billing Cycle:

3. Term and Renewal #
3.1 Initial Term: Premium features begin on the purchase date and continue for the selected period.
3.2 Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each term unless cancelled.

4. No Guarantee of Results #

4.2 Your success depends on many factors beyond our control.
5. Refund Policy #
5.1 No Refunds: Generally, fees are non-refundable.

Duplicate charges

As required by applicable consumer law
5.3 Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of charge.
6. Feature Changes #
6.1 We may modify premium features with notice.
6.2 If we make material reductions to features, you may cancel and receive a pro-rated refund.
7. Termination #
7.1 We may terminate premium services if:

India Addendum #
GST: GST at applicable rate will be charged on all fees.
Consumer Protection: Automatic renewals must be clearly disclosed. Cancellation must be easy.
UK/EU Addendum #
Consumer Contracts Regulations: 14-day cooling-off period applies to initial purchase (but not after service delivery begins).
US Addendum #
Automatic Renewal Laws: Several states require specific disclosures for auto-renewal subscriptions.
