Each service has its own terms: Using crowdfunding means agreeing to UTSAV DAAN™ terms.

We don’t share data without consent: Your information stays within the ecosystem as described in privacy policies.

2. Enabling Integrations #
2.1 You may enable integrations through your Listing Dashboard.
2.2 Enabling an integration constitutes agreement to:

3. Data Sharing Between Services #
3.1 When you enable integrations, we may share:

4.2 This cross-promotion helps increase visibility.
5. Separate Terms Govern #
5.1 Each service has its own terms and conditions. By enabling an integration, you agree to:

5.2 In case of conflict between these terms and service-specific terms, service-specific terms prevail for that service.
6. Disabling Integrations #
6.1 You may disable integrations at any time through your Dashboard.
6.2 Disabling an integration:

Stops new connections

Does not delete existing content (crowdfunding campaigns, etc.)

May affect visibility
6.3 To delete content from other services, follow that service’s deletion process.
7. Liability #
7.1 Each service is provided “as is” with its own limitations of liability.
7.2 We are not responsible for issues arising from your use of integrated services.
8. Fees #
8.1 Each service may have its own fee structure.
8.2 Enabling an integration does not automatically incur fees unless you use paid features.
Part C: Jurisdiction-Specific Addendums #
India Addendum #
Data Localization: Data shared between services remains subject to Indian data protection laws.
UK/EU Addendum #
GDPR: Data sharing between services must have lawful basis. Privacy information must clearly explain cross-platform processing.
US Addendum #
Privacy Laws: Cross-platform data sharing must comply with applicable privacy laws (CCPA, etc.).
