Some listings include an option to view the listed entity’s website in an embedded frame (iFrame) within our platform. This document explains how this feature works and our disclaimers.
The Simple Truth #

We’re showing someone else’s website: The content you see in the embedded view is from an external site, not from us.

We don’t control that content: We can’t guarantee its accuracy, safety, or appropriateness.

You’re still on their site: Transactions, data collection, and interactions are with the external website.

We provide this as a convenience: It’s easier to view without leaving our platform, but it’s still their content.

1.1 The “Website” tab on Listing pages displays an embedded view (iFrame) of the listed entity’s external website.

2.1 The embedded website is operated by a third party (the listed entity or their designee).

7.2 Listing Owners are responsible for:

Keeping the embedded link functional

Ensuring website content is appropriate

Responding to user issues
8. Removal of Embedded Links #
8.1 We may remove embedded links if:

The linked website contains prohibited content

The link is broken for extended period

Multiple user complaints received

Upon Listing owner request

IT Act, 2000: Intermediaries are not liable for third-party content. Embedded websites are third-party content.

eCommerce Directive: No general obligation to monitor third-party content.
